Had an amazing stay at Young Monk hostel. The place is calm, clean, and surrounded by beautiful views. The staff was extremely supportive and made the stay feel warm and comfortable. The music night with live jamming was a beautiful bonus and created unforgettable vibes.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in India! We had an amazing stay at this hostel in Dharamkot. The rooms were super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed – you can tell everything was made with love and care. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the mountains every morning felt like a dream. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed and made us feel like family. The service overall was exceptional – warm, professional, and personal. The food at the restaurant was delicious, fresh, and made with so much heart. We ended up eating there almost every day because it was just that good! And yes – the hot water in the shower actually works all the time, which is a rare gem in the mountains! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, good vibes, and a peaceful retreat in the heart of Dharamkot

The hostel is well situated in a quiet area with a great view. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean. But most of all a big thank to Anu the property manager. He is an excellent host and creates great vibe that really feels like a family. Incredibly humble and helpful. Thank you so much Anu!

A true hidden gem in Dharamkot Staying at this hostel was one of the highlights of our trip. The rooms are not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully styled with attention to detail. You can feel the peaceful energy the moment you walk in. The view is simply stunning – endless green hills and snow-capped peaks in the distance. We spent hours just sitting on the balcony, soaking it all in. The owners are the heart of the place – generous, kind, and full of positive energy. They truly care about every guest, and it shows. The food at the restaurant was incredible – healthy, tasty, and made with fresh ingredients. We looked forward to every meal! And as for the showers – reliable hot water, day or night. Such a gift after chilly mountain hikes.

⭐️⭐️ Below Average Stay – Needs Serious Improvement We booked the best (and most expensive) room with two of my friends, expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. Hygiene – 1⭐ | Cleanliness – 2⭐ The bed sheets were smelly, torn in multiple places, and had random hairs all over. The mats were dirty, and even the almirah was broken. I’ve stayed at many hotels and hostels in the area and had good expectations from this one, but it’s definitely below average and not worth the price. I genuinely wish the team well — just hope they raise their standards a bit. Come on guys, put some energy and pride into your work — it really shows in the results!
