Our travelers have stories to tell and memories to share. From unforgettable stays to warm hospitality, hear how we’ve made their journeys specials.

I had an amazing stay at Whoopers Hostel in Bir. The ambience, cleanliness, and overall vibe of the place are fantastic, but what truly made the experience memorable was the hospitality. A special shoutout to Aman, the receptionist, who was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. He made the check-in process smooth, helped with local recommendations, and was always available with a smile to assist with anything I needed. His friendly attitude and professionalism really added a personal touch to the whole experience. If you’re planning to stay in Bir, I highly recommend Whoopers Hostel – not just for the great location and facilities, but for the wonderful staff like Aman who make you feel at home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The stay is comfortable and peaceful.. On the way of the Paragliding take off point and landing site, perfect for Paragliding activities.. Pool table is there and Ajay is a great host and very knowledgeable with all the things.. bike/scooty rentals can be arranged at the site.. rooms and forms are maintained near and clean..

I absolutely loved my stay here. The Friends-themed setup is so cool — it really gives the place a warm, homely vibe. Everything was clean, cozy, and super chill. A huge thanks to Aman Bhaiya for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay. He genuinely cares about everyone and always makes sure guests are comfortable. Would 100% recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Bir — great people, great vibe, and a place that actually feels like home.

I shall be honest I had high expectations from the place which were shattered. Me and my partner usually stay in hostels when travelling and had amazing experiences but this was way beyond even good. Location: Tugged into a residential space, it shows amazing photos but least of the vibes. The place is managed entirely by one person. The day we arrived there was nobody to even help with the luggage. Food: they have a scanner through which you need to order and pay to get your food. The entire system is terribly slow and annoying process. Things are priced beyond the quality. Service: I wish I could just say no comments, but I will. The sole person managing is always ready to say 'NO' on your face. We asked for cycle first day he said they are all out of service even though amenities section of the hostel still highlights rented cycle. We asked if he could repair it he said NO, rather advised us to go down and check or take a walk. My point is if one wants to walk why will he request for a cycle?

Ambience & Theme The Game of Thrones themed dorms and décor are a hit; lots of “Instagrammable” spots etc. Friendly / Helpful Staff Many guests say the staff are warm, kind, and make the stay enjoyable. Property managers get shoutouts. Scenery / Location Beautiful natural surroundings, mountain views, near Parvati River. If you like calm, nature, it scores well. Common Areas & Social Vibe Common rooms, games, lounge, terrace etc. Good for meeting other travellers. Value (sometimes) For many, the accommodation + amenities + experience are worth what they pay.
