Turtle Hostel Udaipur

We stayed at this hostel for 4 days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect, very close to the palace and the lake, which made sightseeing easy and enjoyable. The rooms and washrooms were very clean and well maintained. What impressed us the most was that room and washroom cleaning was done every morning, which is rare and truly appreciated. The hostel owner and staff are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Their warm nature made us feel more like family than guests. They were always ready to help with anything we needed. Nights at the hostel were full of fun, laughter, and great vibes. We enjoyed a lot, met amazing people, and created unforgettable memories. Overall, this hostel offers great location, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, and positive energy. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. Definitely coming back again! 😊

The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to guide about local places and travel tips. 😊 The atmosphere was social and welcoming, making it easy to meet fellow travelers. The location is also convenient, with major attractions and cafes nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant and value-for-money stay. The dorms are spotless, linens are fresh, and the shared bathrooms are meticulously maintained and cleaned throughout the day—a huge plus for any hostel. ​Owner Behavior & Staff: What truly makes Turtle Hostel special is the management team, including hosts. Their kindness, helpfulness, and welcoming nature are genuine. They are always available to help with travel tips, transport, every solo traveler feel instantly at home. ​The Rooftop View: The showstopper is definitely the rooftop! It offers a spectacular, unobstructed view of Lake Pichola, the City Palace, and the hills. Watching the sunsets and sunrises from up there is truly breathtaking. It's the ultimate chill zone, perfect for meeting people or simply soaking in the beauty of the City of Lakes. ​Highly, highly recommended. Come for the view, stay for the family vibe!

I had an incredible stay at Turtle Hostel. The atmosphere is perfect for solo travelers since it is so easy to meet people and make new friends. The staff and owners went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A clean dorms, and a vibe that makes you want to stay longer. I extended my stay for two nights haha. Highly recommend!

I was here with my brother and my best friend for two days and the staff was so Nice and kind to us all the Time. We did my birthday all together and also christmas! It was a Really good memories 🙂 You can ask everything they Will help you, it was a pleasure to stay here. Also everything so clean and you have a very Nice rooftop were you can eat.
