The person who helped me at the reception was incredibly nice, friendly, and kind.
The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable!

Amazing now sweven is known as tripme.. stayed two years back and today also. Didn't failed at customer service .. accommodated me at last moment with vfm pricing for there deluxe room.. pankaj, sunil and sanjay were gem .. worth staying if needed clean vfm room
Had a great stay at this dormitory in Tapovan, Rishikesh. Huge thanks to Sanjay, Pankaj, Sunil, Azad, Dipak, and the entire team for their constant support. They helped us with the bonfire arrangements, guided us with timings and amenities, and even assisted with our luggage after checkout.
Their hospitality and helpful nature truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!
Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, cozy, and super peaceful. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The fun dining area with board games, a guitar, and books was a great touch. Loved the location—close to everything yet calm. Definitely coming back!
I have booked private room with balcony as I have been pretty sick and needed to sleep.
The price for private room is a bit steep to be honest but bed was comfortable and place was quiet as I was on the top of the building.
There was a few issues:
1/ to door lock was super hard to lock and unlock and I was fidling with it for a few minutes all the time.
2/ the sink in bathroom was extremely stinky
3/ the road to the hostel wasn’t really accessible by car/tuk tuk
I have to say that people in reception were really lovely and helpful. They took my rucksack to taxi and were telling me always real prices for transport
