The staff was incredibly helpful, they guided us about the locations nearby and how to go. Had so many great conversations with them as well, everyone is really respectful! They also rent two-wheelers at good rate which is very convenient. The room was clean and hygienic, and the view from the hotel is amazing. Food is very good and affordable and the terrace space is great for hanging out.
Great stay with beautiful mountain views and a peaceful location. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the calm vibe and the common areas. A perfect place to relax away from the crowd. Would definitely recommend!
Booked superior double room. Good and clean! Well maintained. The room is spacious with good long windows and decent adjustable lighting. Food was delicious. Few things could be improved, ceiling fan, hot water kettle was missing - they could not arrange one.
I booked a stay at this hotel expecting basic cleanliness and polite service, but my experience was poor. The room and shared areas were not cleaned properly; I found dust, unemptied bins, and stains on the bedding. Service from staff was unhelpful and at times rude when I raised concerns. The hotel also had noisy, disruptive guests who the staff did little to control, making the stay uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, the management showed little regard for guest comfort or hygiene. I cannot recommend this hotel and suggest travelers look elsewhere until management improves cleanliness and staff behavior.
my stay there was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff there were very much friendly so i had a really great experience, they helped us a lot and so we had an amazing trip without worries. i would like to stay there again in my next trip!
