The Last Stop Backpackers Hostel Pondicherry

Such a cool and aesthetic stay, totally anime coded. The people here are genuinely some of the nicest ever, cannot appreciate them enough! The location is perfect too, with the beaches and Auroville super close by. From the very first interaction, the hostel staff were incredibly helpful, helping us rent a two-wheeler, suggesting food places, and making sure we were comfortable throughout. Got to vibe with amazing people, played djembe on the rooftop, and had the craziest fun ever. A special thanks to Micky, Indu, and Praveen for making the experience even more memorable🫶🏼✨ Absolutely loved the place. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Pondicherry!

As a female solo traveller I have never stayed in a place more comfortable, safe and welcoming like Last Stop Backpackers. Not only was it so budget friendly but the ambience and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. The place is well maintained, well cared for and built with love by the amazing host Micky❤️ Will be back soon and if anyone’s going to auroville do not miss out on this gem :)

Amazing cozy and warm place to stay. I felt home right when I reached. Great spot to vibe and chill out with friends. Micky is an amazing host. He makes us feel home. I didn't feel like leaving the place, it was that amazing. The rooftop, the yard, everything over there is cozy, warm and vibe.

I've had one of the best experience staying at The Last Stop where hostel felt like home and people felt like family. The best part is the host of The Last Stop - he had been extremely warm and kind and made sure that everybody gets to have an amazing experience during their time of stay. Micky was a good host. I had a great time with him at the ‘The Last Stop Backpackers Hostel’ in Auroville, pondicherry. I explored Auroville in the morning and in the evenings he showed me around local groups over there and we were engaging in drum drills, karaoke nights…Got to meet a lot of people through him. I will definitely recommend Micky and this hostel to people who wanted to have a good safe experience while visiting Auroville.
