Had a really good stay at Hotel Salom Backpackers. The best part was the staff – they genuinely helped us throughout the trip, guided us about places to visit and made everything very easy for us. Their behaviour was very friendly and supportive. Service was excellent and quick. Rooms were comfortable and the vibe of the place is nice, perfect for a friends trip. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it for a budget stay in Mussoorie.
Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Manu and Ganesh for their excellent hospitality and helpful nature throughout our stay. Their friendly service made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
Very disappointing stay at The Shalom Hotel. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Basic amenities were missing—no soap was provided, no towels were available, and there wasn’t even a proper room changer/wardrobe arrangement to keep or hang clothes. The room lacked essential facilities that guests normally expect. Service was extremely poor. Staff was not attentive and the overall hospitality experience felt neglected. The condition of the room and the facilities provided did not justify the amount charged. Would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. There are better hotels in Mussoorie offering much better value for the same budget.
My experience at the dorm was wonderful. The staff members were extremely cooperative and supportive whenever needed. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a positive vibe. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay
