Had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. What stood out the most was the hospitality-everyone was very courteous, attentive, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and with care. The level of service was impressive, and it genuinely felt like the team went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and would love to return again in the future!!

I recently stayed at Shalom and was thoroughly impressed. From 8,9,10 January the service was seamless. A special shoutout to honey khatri for being so attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel hosted a live music party during our visit, and it was the perfect way to spend the night. Great sound quality, a fantastic setlist, and an infectious energy that had everyone on their feet. If you're looking for a place that combines professional service with a great social vibe, this is it."

Shalom was a good stay. The location is the biggest plus point of this place! You can go around entire lake pichola from ganagaur ghat(which is literally beside shalom) to ambrai ghat on feet without any vehicle at all. The rooms were neat and clean and beautiful decorated no doubt but a little tiny than the photos online. Also one realisation we had as soon as we entered is that their superior deluxe rooms do not have a zarokha balcony as show in the pictures on most of the third party sites. You will have to book a specific superior room with balcony to get that. Apart from that the service is a little slow is what I would say… we couldn’t connect to their WiFi till the very last day despite reminding them multiple times they did not fix the issue and their AC switches are outside the rooms and controlled by the staff so we had to request them to turn on the AC whenever we needed and faced a little delay there as well… apart from these minor inconveniences rest was good the rooftop is good as well with a pretty nice view! So if you want a perfect location and nice cozy rooms you can give this place a try if you cannot find better prices elsewhere. All in all I would say the stay was good although not the best one for me so far…
