Had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The dorm beds were clean,comfortable,hygienic and well maintained. The food was amazing with a wide variety on the menu. The hot chocolate is a must-try, and pizza was also delicious. Everything was freshly prepared and very satisfying. The staff deserve a special mention — extremely friendly, warm, and always welcoming, which adds a great vibe to the place. The café is one of the best parts, offering a stunning scenic valley view that’s absolutely beautiful. The location is also perfect — Jibhi market, the waterfall, and other nearby viewpoints are all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. Overall, a great place to stay with comfort, great food, friendly staff, and breathtaking views. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There was a temporary water supply issue during our stay, but it was promptly restored and managed efficiently with the help of the host. A special thanks to Vijay, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and ensured everything was taken care of. His hospitality made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we'd be happy to stay here again!
The Rustic Jibhi has great potential because of its beautiful location and appealing infrastructure, but unfortunately the overall experience did not live up to expectations. The biggest disappointment was the lack of responsiveness from the staff and management. There was no water supply in our washroom, and when we raised the issue, we were simply asked to use the common washroom instead of being offered a proper resolution. Hot water was also not available, and despite multiple reminders, the concern was largely ignored. The room had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay, and there were an excessive number of flies, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the property. What was most concerning was the apparent lack of ownership and urgency in addressing guest issues. It felt as though guest comfort and overall experience were not a priority. On the positive side, the location is excellent and the property itself is aesthetically pleasing with good infrastructure. With better maintenance, attentive service, and a stronger focus on guest experience, this place could be much better. For now, I would rate it as an average stay—good surroundings, but the service and upkeep need significant improvement. Personal opinion- This is run by family members who are not compassionate about hospitality buisness.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really great stay at Rustic Jibhi! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and has such a nice vibe. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was amazing. The staff were really friendly and made us feel at home. Definitely enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back again! ❤️
Absolutely loved my stay at Rustic Backpackers Hostel! If you’re visiting Jibhi and want a place that perfectly balances a chill, social vibe with the peacefulness of the Valley, this is it. The staff and the manager are polite and supportive to your request. The food is also tasty as they have multiple options.
