The staff Is very nice and kind. We arrived a few hours before the scheduled check in and, as the room was ready, (they said) they let us check in earlier, which was very nice. Unfortunately the room hadn't been cleaned (it seemed to us). there was papers and cotton buds on the floor, bin was full, the bedsheets didn't look fresh and the toilet... It hadn't been cleaned... We asked them to change the bedsheets with new one which they did within 5 min. Again, very nice people, the location is convenient and fairly quiet. just need some improvement.

My experience was really wonderful. The hostel is excellent, the staff is very supportive, and I genuinely loved my stay here. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and feels just like home. ​My original traveling plan abruptly shifted. I needed an immediate alternative lodging plan. I booked Multiple Stories. Mohit, the owner, and the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful, and allowed me an early check-in. This was a huge plus for an exhausted traveler. I strongly suggest that, if payment is not completed prior to check-in, you have local currency to avoid cash withdrawal and currency exchange fees. Credit cards may not be compatible with the credit system. The hostel is multi-level with no elevators. However, the staff assisted me with my luggage up to the room I was assigned. During my stay, Mohit and the staff went above and beyond to help make​ my last-minute stay enjoyable.​ Chai tea, the drink of hospitality and connection, was offered daily (yum yum). The staff cleaned and freshened up the beds daily. Multiple Stories is welcoming and has a home-away-from-home vibe. Mohit constantly interacted with the guests. Mohit has a wealth of knowledge of the city, food, and historical culture interests, and is open to dialogue. He is an inspiration-when you meet him, you will find out why! If you run into any unfavorable situations during your visit, Mohit will personally work with you to find a favorable resolution. I am a witness. He was there for me when I faced a small crisis during my stay. Multiple Stories has two rooftop terraces ​with amazing views of the city, especially sunrises and sunsets. ​The terrace has a speaker, a wash bowl, and a toilet available. ​I recommend Multiple Stories for its ideal location that overlooks a lake and is steps away from ​various shops​, outdoor food vendors, restaurants, bars with live music​, and within walking distance to wonderful ​historical places of interest in the city​. If you are looking for a hostel that has excellent hospitality, ​hands-on guest service​, city knowledge, and recommendations in a beautiful location, Multiple Stories.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, it’s close to all the main attractions and activities. The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The host was friendly and readily available to answer any questions about the city. The standout feature is definitely the rooftop—extremely comfortable, beautifully arranged, and offering lovely views of the surroundings. I highly recommend this place!
