Amazing stay. I initially booked the room for one day but I loved the stay so much that I continued it for around a week. It is just like home away from home. Staffs are very good and helpful. They guided me well for the trip. I just don’t want to go but …😢 I would recommend this hotel to all the travelers who are travelling Kashmir for the first time. The rooms are very nice, clean and well maintained.

I had a wonderful stay at Mustache Srinagar for 3 nights, and it was easily one of the highlights of my Kashmir trip. The property has a very positive and welcoming vibe. The staff, management, and fellow travelers all contribute to a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A special shoutout to Adil at the reception. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He helped me arrange a motorbike for my ride to Gurez Valley, provided valuable local guidance, assisted with laundry, and was always available whenever I needed help. What impressed me the most was that he even arranged breakfast for me at 5:30 AM so I could leave early for Gurez Valley, knowing that food options on the route are limited. His dedication, hard work, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to my experience. If you’re visiting Srinagar and looking for a place with great hospitality, helpful staff, and a warm atmosphere, I highly recommend Mustache Srinagar. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.

Extremely rude and ridiculous staff. Denied refund despite canceling two days in advance. The staff kept on shouting or dodging calls.. run by goons. Very unprofessional and unsafe experience. Will definitely not recommend staying here. In a place like Srinagar where hotels always run at full capacity no wonder theirs is not even half occupied.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed in the mixed dorm, bed was super cozy, view was amazing from my window, their aloo parathas are yummy. I would 100% recommend to anyone who's thinking about coming to Srinagar. Location is also really good, not at all crowded.

We stayed at Hotel Moustache for one week the hospitality was exceptional, the food delicious. The view was stunning the neighbourhood quiet and it was nice to meet the family hosting. Thank you very much Altarve and Family for having us stay we would love to return to Kashmir and visit you all again.
