Amazing stay. I initially booked the room for one day but I loved the stay so much that I continued it for around a week. It is just like home away from home. Staffs are very good and helpful. They guided me well for the trip. I just don’t want to go but …😢 I would recommend this hotel to all the travelers who are travelling Kashmir for the first time. The rooms are very nice, clean and well maintained.
We stayed at Hotel Moustache for one week the hospitality was exceptional, the food delicious. The view was stunning the neighbourhood quiet and it was nice to meet the family hosting. Thank you very much Altarve and Family for having us stay we would love to return to Kashmir and visit you all again.
We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made our experience extremely comfortable. The entire place had such a warm and cozy atmosphere—it truly felt just like being at home., it is warm water purifier and electric blankets. This staycation was relaxing and peaceful, perfect for unwinding without any worries. The cleanliness, comfort, and homely vibe made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress free stay. Would definitely love to visit again! 😊
Unclean Rooms, I was in a presidential suite. They didn't even clean rooms. There was no shower gel. Dirty towels. They put soaps of 10 rupees which are used in 2* hotels. The gyser wasn't working. When we reached, they didn't turn on the heater. When I asked. They said it's only for night. And in the middle of the night , They turned its gas supply off. Water ? No bottles. Jar? Empty. When I said the staff member. He said me to pick up the jar and fill it from downstairs. Such an unprofessional staff. And about breakfast? They Charged 600 rupees for just 2 aloo prantha 2 cup of noon chai. No wall mixer in washroom , broken Water closet. The stay was nothing less than a nightmare. Never ever recommend someone to stay here.
