Its my second time here and it is really nice experience for me. Staff at front desk is very helpful and rooms are clean with great washrooms. Dorms are clean. Best thing about the property is Parking.both of the time i came here on bike and even their parking is pretty much good for cars also, you need not to worry about the safety of your vehicle. Overall ambience is great.much recommended for group of friends and for family also. 👍🏼

Stay & Comfort: The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. The common areas were vibrant yet clean, creating a perfect balance between comfort and a lively backpacker vibe. Cleanliness: Hygiene standards were impressive. Rooms, washrooms, corridors, and common spaces were maintained exceptionally well. Housekeeping did a fantastic job ensuring everything remained neat and fresh throughout our stay. Food: The food was absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The menu had great variety, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Whether it was breakfast, snacks, or dinner, everything tasted amazing. Location & Atmosphere: The location is perfect—close to the beauty of Rishikesh yet peaceful enough to unwind. The overall vibe of the property is youthful, positive, and welcoming. It’s a great place to meet fellow travelers while still enjoying privacy and comfort. Staff & Service: The staff deserves special appreciation. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more memorable. Overall, our stay was perfect in every way—comfort, cleanliness, food, service, and atmosphere. We would highly recommend Moustache Rishikesh to anyone visiting Rishikesh. Worst hotel experience of my life. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the most disappointing experience. The issue was not just about a service charge discussion, but the unprofessional and aggressive behavior of the manager. During the discussion, the manager snatched the old bill from our hands and rudely said, “You can do whatever you want with the new bill.” His tone and attitude were completely unacceptable. The situation escalated to the point where he was almost ready to fight with us, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. This kind of behavior is unthinkable in a so-called 4-star hotel. There was no sense of hospitality, professionalism, or basic customer service. Honestly, it felt more like staying in an unorganized hotel rather than a reputed hotel. A manager represents the hotel, and if this is the standard of hotel management here, I would strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking. Very disappointing and stressful experience.
