Wonderful stay with excellent service! I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. A special thanks to Saurabh at the front desk-he was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. From smooth check-in to answering all my questions, he made everything easy and comfortable. His friendly attitude truly made a difference. The staff overall was great, and the service was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The location of this property is that remote,you are not able to reach there easily,once u will reach there they will make u wait for hours ro chekin after that for checkout they will call you and talk to you rudely.They are not able to provide basic amenities,first of all pictures attached of rooms are misleading.The rooms are dirty and no hygiene has been maintained in this property,they will charge you hefty amount for food,and also all properties in manali provide heater or centralised heating system but they ask for 800 per day for a small blower,the staff was very rude and service was poor ,dont waste your money in this propety instead book a budget hotel,if you dont want to ruin your trip just dont book it,my biggest mistake is to book this hotel during my manali trip and they spoiled my trip badly. Worst experience Not recommended
I am staying at Moustache Manali, and I must say the overall experience has been excellent. The stay is comfortable, well-maintained, and has a great vibe that perfectly complements the beauty of Manali. It truly feels like a home away from home. The café experience is equally impressive. The food is delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, with good variety and consistent taste. Every meal adds to the comfort and enjoyment of the stay. A special appreciation goes to the café staff, especially Pankaj Sharma and Natr. Their warm hospitality, friendly nature, and attentive service really stand out. They go the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed and taken care of, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. Thank you to the entire Moustache Manali team for such a memorable stay.
