Disappointed Despite a Decent Stay The property itself was good, and the food was decent—though not exceptional. However, the experience was overshadowed by serious concerns. There were frequent electricity issues throughout the stay. Most troubling was the handling of our car keys. We were asked to hand them over for parking, but later discovered that the car had been driven for personal use without our permission. The woofer in the car had been moved, and the interior was left dirty. This kind of misuse is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise never handing over your car keys at any hotel. Overall, this experience left a bad impression and is not something I would recommend.
Awesome place. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff here was generous and helping all over. Jacuzzi rooms were also like luxury with great view from room balcony. Food was also good. Tasty food. Games for leisure time and everything was there for a perfect relaxing and nice holiday
When i was booking i saw 4.8 star then I doubted but still I booked presidential suite and deluxe room and stayed here for 4 days and I impressed with the room and the service provided by staff. One of the Best things is breakfast, taste was also good along with the hygiene. Location may be disappointing u but connectivity is good and the view of mountain will never disappoint you. Staff is also cooperative. I will never regret booking this hotel next time again in future. Ps: I made booking for honeymoon trip.
Recently has a 2-day stay here. Photos on google are bit misguiding. Location is too crowded. Noisy. Gutters keep flowing from backside of property smell like hell. Rooms are neat and tidy but are not ventilated properly. There is no lift in the apartment. Only good thing here is breakfast. They provide awesome, healthy breakfast. Please avoid staying here.
Rooms are really well maintained and clean and seems newly contructed . Service is good and prompt and people are so humble and helpful. Location , yes there is a mountain view from rooms and it is beautiful but if this property would have been on river bank we wouldn't have to leave from hear entire vacation. Also rooms are bit overpriced online due to season
