I am staying at Moustache Manali, and I must say the overall experience has been excellent. The stay is comfortable, well-maintained, and has a great vibe that perfectly complements the beauty of Manali. It truly feels like a home away from home. The café experience is equally impressive. The food is delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, with good variety and consistent taste. Every meal adds to the comfort and enjoyment of the stay. A special appreciation goes to the café staff, especially Pankaj Sharma and Natr. Their warm hospitality, friendly nature, and attentive service really stand out. They go the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed and taken care of, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. Thank you to the entire Moustache Manali team for such a memorable stay. I’ve been staying at Moustache since Monday and the experience has been amazing! The rooms are really clean and the beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms are also spotless and very hygienic. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly, they genuinely make the stay feel warm and easy. The food is surprisingly good too, way better than what you usually expect at hostels. Overall, a great stay! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

I really liked the stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean and the view was good. The hotel is 6-7 km away from the mall road. It's a quiet place, away from the noice of the city centre. The cafeteria is also really good. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 days and Pankaj and Neetar took care of us really well. Will definately recommend.

Stayed here from 9th to 12th June in a double room and honestly this has been one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. On the 10th, no one bothered to clean the room, no one even came to ask. On the 11th morning around 11am I asked the staff to clean before we left and they said they’re only doing cleaning for check out rooms right now, and ours will be done later. Since we were going out and didn’t want to leave the keys behind with our things inside, I told them I’ll ask again when I come back. Came back at 8pm, asked again and was told there’s no staff available to clean. Imagine paying for a property like this and being denied basic cleaning twice in a day. Pathetic. Parking is another pain. They have space for maybe 3 cars and that’s it. The rest of the cars have to be parked 250 meters uphill. They do assist in parking and getting your car, but that doesn’t fix the problem. It’s still a huge inconvenience and a ridiculous arrangement for a hotel that calls itself premium. Now the worst part — the room itself. It had an extremely uncomfortable, negative vibe from the moment we entered. It felt dark, cold, and honestly spooky. I even felt some strange presence in the room at night, and I’m not even the kind of person who believes in this stuff. It was just an uneasy, disturbing feeling throughout the stay that I can’t explain. The only decent thing was the food, and the kitchen staff were polite, but that doesn’t matter when everything else makes you regret booking the place. Horrible experience overall. Would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. And honestly, don’t get fooled by all the 5 star reviews here. They’re not genuine. The staff kept asking me multiple times to write them a 5 star review even after I had clearly told them how horrible my stay was. That alone says everything you need to know about how they maintain their online ratings.
