It was an amazing and memorable experience staying at Moustache Hotel. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The food was delicious, fresh, hygienic, and full of flavor. The service was prompt, efficient, and always on time. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained, while the washrooms were sparkling clean and hygienic. The hotel's ambience was pleasant, peaceful, and inviting, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Had a wonderful stay at Moustache. The property truly feels like a tranquil retreat. The room was comfortable and clean. I really liked the recreational room and the books available to read. Being completely surrounded by trees, the place offers unmatched calmness and is perfect to unwind. The food was excellent overall and the hospitality was great. Stayed at Moustache Resort during our Nainital trip and overall it was a really good experience. The staff was amazing, very helpful and courteous throughout the stay. Food was surprisingly good too — tried the Veg Overload Pizza, Hara Bhara Kebab, and Chicken Tikka, and all of them were delicious. The breakfast next morning was also nice. Aloo poori seemed to be a common breakfast across most hotels during our Nainital stay, but it was fresh and tasty here as well. One unique touch was the flute artist playing in the morning, which added a very peaceful and different vibe to the property. The room view was beautiful — a mix of jungle and mountain views, making the stay feel calm and refreshing. Parking is not an issue at all as they have ample space available. The only downside is that the hotel does not have a lift, which can be slightly inconvenient for some guests. Also, there are no nearby wine shops, so it’s better to carry your own if needed. Rest everything was great. Definitely a good stay overall.
