i had stayed here for 3 nights, vibe is good with clean rooms. It has supportive staff. Indoor games are available for spending leisure time. Overall recommend hostel for staying in Palolem.
This hotel is a disgrace! The rooms were filthy, the staff was pathetic. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. They didn't even bother to listen to our complaints. We had one of the worst experiences of our lives here. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The room was a dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. The staff was completely unprofessional and unorganized. They couldn't answer any of our questions. Specially the person who runs this hostel is the worse, doesn’t know how to talk to people.
HORRIBLE RECEPTION! It is the first time that I met someone that bad for welcoming is guests. We came to have information about the price for the dormitory. The man was like a king, we had to wait for his magesty to come and he took his time. After, we discussed about the price, he tried to take more money from us. We were calm and honest and he finally accepted the online price with saying : "Now money money!"... Really weird guy. Before to gave him anything he called someone to show us the room and changed the price, one more time 🙄. We said "No", and he said "Go" . That was so rude!!! We had to leave the hostel like that, just because this guy was unhappy that we disagree with him. Horrible and weard guy, for the sake of the hostel I hope he will be fired! Don't forget who pay the rooms! Last thing I have to say, when I see other reviews, I am really happy that we left to another place!
