Staying here was a great experience! It takes a bit of a walk to reach the location but the host is extremely helpful and welcoming. They engage with all the guys and also host some activities for all. The food is decent and the rooms are clean. Extremely pleasant surroundings and there is a dog on the grounds who is a gem. Would definitely recommend staying here. I can't wait to go back

Amazing stay with an even amazing view. Their open area in front of the dorms is a treat to hangout and play or just chill. It provides volunteer opportunities aswell, something would love to explore. The volunteer during our stay Sakshi was super supportive and helpful. (PS: best tea in manali from my pov)
I had a really bad experience! Reconsider if you want to come to this hostel. Very bad facilities and no support from the staff. First night there was no towels and clean shits on the bad. The water of the shower was extremely hot or very cold. The second night there was no water at all so we couldn’t take a shower or use the toilet. There was no one in the reception and no one answered the phone. Even after we woke up the reception girl she couldn’t help us. And above all of that the price is extremely high. Almost 4000 rupees per night compare to 1500 rupees in any other hostel in manali. You expect that in that price you will get more than basic, like ac or a fan, but in that hostel you won’t get even the basic.
We had great stay at Madpackers Manali with great view and pleasant climate. Rishika and Sakshi (volunteer) were great host. You can get food here and the team you getvhere is on of the best in Manali. This should be one of the go to destination for stay options by bagpackers.
