Good hostel, I have stayed here multiple times. Fairly priced with respect to location, good for short stay, they recently renovated and fixed few things, further improving the facility. However, I wish they had a washing machine and a dryer. Anyways, the front desk team is always responsive, especially Siddesh. Promptly, does the work, and fixes the minor issues. Moreover, ensures the property is maintained with his limited capacity. They can improve this hostel further by minor touch ups and enhancements.

I had a great stay at Locomo Express Hostel. The hostel culture is amazing — very friendly, fun, and perfect for solo travellers. The housekeeping was really good, everything felt clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast was nice, and the location is super convenient. It’s in a very feasible spot, so travelling anywhere in the city becomes easy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to guide you. I came here as a solo traveller, but I ended up leaving with a bunch of new friends, which made the stay even more special. Overall, a great place for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a good vibe.

According to the price, the hostel is okay, but the overall experience was not very welcoming. Most of the staff were not warm or helpful—only the reception staff member was polite and supportive. There were a few hygiene concerns during my stay: 1. The chef used old dough for chapatis, and there was a noticeable sour taste. 2. Rice appeared to be reused, as I saw old rice being taken out in front of me. 3. Glasses seemed to be reused without proper washing, as multiple people were using the same ones. One positive point is that breakfast is included, which is appreciated. However, do not expect much from the rooms. There was poor air circulation, leading to an unpleasant smell. The flooring was damaged if my room , and wall conditions were below average (as visible in the pictures). On the plus side, the location is good, which is probably the best aspect of the property. Overall: Budget-friendly, but cleanliness, hygiene, and room maintenance need serious improvement.

It was really very comfortable and i would really recommend everyone to not think twice. You should definitely visit and enjoy your stay. Mohammed is the person at the front desk and he is extremely helpful and polite. Any one will enjoy talking to him.

Locomo Hostels Santacruz is ideal for travelers prioritizing a social, centrally located, and friendly environment with a strong community focus. The hostel excels in service and community but needs significant improvement in hygiene standards. The shared washrooms could have been better. The staff and service were truly the saving grace of the hostel. The processes were smooth, quick, and handled efficiently with a smile. The excellent staff contributed hugely to the vibrant and social atmosphere. Siddhesh was the property manager who made it easy to connect with other travelers and ensured the hostel felt like a community. Despite the hygiene issues, the excellent staff and convenient location still made the stay good value for money, provided the cleaning standards are addressed.
