Joey's Hostel Rishikesh

This is a great place to stay. Super friendly environment and centre location. Everything is nearby and close to laxman jhula and to many cafes. Staff is amazing and very welcoming and helps you with everything. It has a rooftop cafe where you can chill with all the people and also has live music and activities on weekend. They also plan for treks and trips to waterfalls and sunrise/ sunset points and other places. We went to sunrise point with David and he made it amazing. Ankit has a solution to almost everything and he has been a great friend to us. Overall it is an amazing place to stay in rishikesh and would recommend to stay.🔥

Had an absolutely awesome experience here! From witnessing the breathtaking sunrise at Kunjapuri Temple to the soul-soothing evening guitar sessions, every moment was special. I also made some great friends during the stay. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Highly recommended!

Staff & Service: A special shoutout to David for making my trip memorable. He organized a group tour for us at the hostel, which was such a great idea. Thanks to him, we had an amazing time exploring Rishikesh. He took us to hidden gems like the secret waterfall, sunset point, and sunrise point, which made the trip even more adventurous and fun. Location: Joey's Hostel is located in a great spot, making it easy to explore the surrounding area like ram jhula and lakshman jhula. Overall Experience: I highly recommend Joey's Hostel to anyone visiting the area. The positive atmosphere, clean rooms, and friendly staff made my stay memorable, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

My stay at Joey’s Hostel Rishikesh was absolutely amazing! The hostel has such relaxed and positive vibes — perfect for solo travellers, backpackers, and anyone who just wants to enjoy Rishikesh with good company. The rooms and washrooms were clean, the common areas were super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it really easy to meet new people. Special thanks to David, who genuinely made the experience unforgettable! He was always around with a big smile, helping everyone, organising fun trips, sunset walks, and even some impromptu local experiences. His energy brought the whole group together — felt more like travelling with a friend than staying in a hostel. From bonfires on the rooftop to chilling in Tapovan and attending the Ganga Aarti walk, everything felt well-planned and super enjoyable. Highly recommend Joey’s Hostel to anyone visiting Rishikesh — great vibes, great people, and an even greater host like David. Will definitely come back!

The food served was tasty and satisfying throughout my stay. Rooms and washrooms were kept clean and well-maintained. The internet connection was strong and reliable.
