Hide In India Rishikesh

Our stay at Hide In Rishikesh was disappointing considering the high price. • The washroom was dirty and there was no mirror in the washroom, exhaust fan not working • The floor was very slippery, so please be careful. • The room view was very bad, not at all as expected. • Hot water was not available until 1:00 PM, which is unacceptable. • Towels were provided only after 11:30 AM. • The cost was quite high compared to the facilities provided. • The staff behavior was a little rude, which made the experience worse. Kettle missing in room . Common Area: The common area is practically unusable. The pool table is damaged, the pool cue is broken, and even the blue tip is missing, making it impossible to play. The photos shown online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The manager, Rajat Singh, mentioned that he has never checked old reviews and no corrective action has been taken based on past feedback. It seems many people are booking this place blindly based on the overall rating, but the ground reality is quite different. I would advise future guests to read recent reviews carefully before deciding. Overall, the stay was not value for money. The management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, basic amenities, and staff attitude.

Worst experience ever. Very poor maintenance. Basic services like room cleaning and bathroom cleaning was also lacking. No drinking water bottles, no bathing water supply. The staff was also very very rude. No one was responding to any of the requeats. Rishikesh is such a great town, but the stay was very very poor. There are many other beautiful stays. I would not reccomend any hide-in to anyone.

My recent stay in Rishikesh was a terrible experience. The images shown online are very old and completely misleading. The property is not maintained at all — broken doors, damaged curtains, filthy washrooms, and unhygienic surroundings with dirty cattle around. Basic facilities are missing. No glasses are provided in the room. For drinking water, you have to go down to the ground floor to refill your bottle or buy water separately. Service is extremely poor. Before 9 AM, no one answers calls, and there is no one available at the reception either. If you need any assistance in the morning, you’re left stranded. Overall, this place is not worth the money and I would strongly advise others to avoid it.

Stayed here during new years time…Tv remote was not working even after changing cells… toilet seat was broken Wi-Fi was not working on my floor for 1 whole day.. staff could be more professional and polite.. no room cleaning was done even after asking twice..no sound proofing in rooms

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. It's misleading to call it a hostel as it lacks basic amenities. The place was not clean, and we had to request towels multiple times a day, only to receive them after repeated asks. The staff was rude, and there was no hot water service. I would strongly advise against staying here. One star isn't even enough.Even there were open wirings AC & kettle missing in the room.
