Our travelers have stories to tell and memories to share. From unforgettable stays to warm hospitality, hear how we’ve made their journeys specials.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The atmosphere was incredibly homelike and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff and other guests were super friendly and social — we ended up going out together every night. The location is perfect. Situated in Bandra, it’s just a short walk from the main shopping street, plenty of pubs, and a short walk to the ocean. I’d highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a warm, social, and conveniently located place to stay.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Happinest. The hostel is clean, located very closely to central stations and has good facilities. The owner makes sure everyone is having a good stay. So does the rest of the staff. The place is thoroughly cleaned and this all for a very reasonable price. A couple things to note are: - for me as a foreign tourist it felt like this hostel has a majority of Indian tourists, which is fine by me, but they are a different audience than your typical backpackers. It’s named as backpacker’s hostel, but felt a bit more like a co-working space. - this hostel has some rules that are not written online, such as a small fee for luggage storage, outside drinks for a small fee and some obviously things like no food in the dorms floor. These things personally seem fair and reasonable to me, especially in an expensive city such as Mumbai. I just think it is important for you to know. Maybe the owner could make this more clear at check-in? I think you can’t expect people to read the rules off the wall because it’s not very visible for us all. Nonetheless, this has been a lovely stay and I think it’s very fair. They’re accepting to orders of outside food and provide you with a kitchen full of appliances.

One of the best hostel experiences. the beds are comfy and everything is clean and organised. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, they helped us organise our travel and gave us all the tips and advice for exploring the city. would highly highly recommend

Absolutely loved my stay at HappiNest! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms and specially washrooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect in the centre of Bandra. Hygiene is taken care meticulously in shared spaces and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing light meals, making it ideal for longer stays. Overall , it's a most comfortable place to relax and unwind.
