We stayed in a private room at Green Nest Hostel during our trip to Goa and overall had a comfortable and peaceful experience. One of the biggest positives of the property is its quiet and serene environment. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a calm escape from the noise and crowds that are often associated with Goa. The hostel was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to stay. The room also had two balconies with pleasant views, which added to the overall experience. The staff were helpful and accommodating. They assisted us with arranging scooter rentals and were also helpful when I fell sick during the trip by recommending a nearby hospital. Although the hospital was about 20 minutes away, the recommendation turned out to be very good, and I received the care I needed. That said, there are a few areas where the property could improve. The hostel does not have a lift, and our private room was located on the second floor. There was only one staff member managing multiple responsibilities, including housekeeping and kitchen duties, and he was unable to assist much with luggage due to a back issue. Guests carrying heavy bags may find this challenging. While the hostel was generally clean, room cleaning was not done daily, and basic supplies such as toilet paper needed to be requested repeatedly when they ran out. Having these essentials replenished proactively would make the stay more convenient for guests. The breakfast options were quite limited, consisting mainly of toast, jam, omelettes, tea, coffee, and Maggi. Expanding the breakfast menu or offering more food options on the premises would significantly enhance the guest experience, especially since the property is located away from most tourist attractions and restaurants. Since I fell sick during my stay and did not feel well enough to go out for meals, having more food options available at the hostel would have been especially helpful. Being on the second floor without a lift meant I had to come downstairs and then go out to find food. There was only one restaurant within walking distance, and its menu was quite limited. Simple comfort foods such as khichdi or curd rice, if available on request, would have made a big difference in such situations. The location itself is peaceful but somewhat remote. Most places we wanted to visit required a drive of around 20–30 minutes, so having a scooter or vehicle is highly recommended. The private room was comfortable overall, but the double bed felt quite small for two adults sharing it. Additionally, there were not enough charging points in the room, which can be inconvenient for travelers carrying multiple devices. Overall, Green Nest Hostel is a good choice for travelers looking for a quiet, safe, and nature-filled stay away from the crowds. With a few improvements in housekeeping support, room amenities, and food options, the experience could be even better.

recently stayed at Green Nest Hostel, which is conveniently located in Arpora, Goa, and it was truly an amazing experience! The atmosphere is incredibly warm, vibrant, and welcoming — perfect for relaxing as well as socializing with fellow travelers. The vibe of the place is very positive, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. What really stands out is the owner. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable. Their hospitality adds a personal touch that you don’t often find in many places. Another great advantage is the location — Baga Beach and Calangute Beach are very close by, making it super convenient to explore some of the best beaches in Goa. The surroundings are lively yet peaceful, with a great balance of fun and comfort. Whether you’re chilling in the common areas or exploring nearby spots, the overall environment just feels perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa and looking for a comfortable stay with a great vibe and amazing people!

Had a wonderful stay at Green Nest Hostel! Jackie and the family were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The hospitality was amazing, and I truly enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa!” 🌿✨

I recently stayed at Green Nest Hostel in Goa and had a fantastic experience. The owner is excellent—very welcoming and quick to respond to any support you need. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and hygienic. The location is perfect, with Baga, Calangute, and Anjuna beaches all just around 3 km away. Also, if you are a pure vegetarian, there are plenty of great pure veg restaurants right near the stay. Highly recommended!

Green Nest Hostel, Anjuna is a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a friendly atmosphere. One of the biggest advantages of this hostel is its excellent location. It is situated in a very accessible area, making it easy to reach nearby beaches, cafés, markets, and other local attractions. All essential facilities such as restaurants, shops, and transport options are close by, which makes moving around Anjuna and nearby areas very convenient. The cleanliness of the hostel really stands out. The rooms, common areas, and washrooms were well maintained and hygienic, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear that a lot of attention is given to keeping the place neat and welcoming. What truly made the stay special was the hospitality of the staff and the owner. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. They took the time to suggest nearby places to visit, local attractions, and travel tips, which was very useful, especially for first-time visitors to Goa. Their warm and cooperative nature made us feel at home. Overall, Green Nest Hostel, Anjuna offers a pleasant stay with a great location, clean surroundings, and genuinely helpful people. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Anjuna and would happily choose to stay here again.
