We had an absolutely incredible stay at Footprints by the Lake! The entire hosting team is fantastic, and the overall vibe, from the food to the rooms and the people, is just amazing. It is such a peaceful place. Huge shoutout to the management team..... They are the absolute best and so easy to connect with!
I had booked through an app after talking to the contact number given in Google. I was provided with the exact room with great view of one side of Lake pichola. The room was neat and clean. The building seems new. The location is perfect with majority of tourist spots at walking distance. As it's a hostel (with few private rooms also), it would be definitely great for bachelors and young couples. I have given service rating as 4 coz they have skeletal stuff, who ofcourse can't work round the clock. But as long as they are available, they will make the stay pleasing.
Had an amazing stay at Footprint By The Lake! The hostel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the lake view was beautiful. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for solo travelers as well as groups. The location is excellent, with major attractions within walking distance. Highly recommended if you're visiting Udaipur! 💜

The lake is clearly visible from the terrace, and lake view rooms.
It is exactly like what is shown in the picture.
The food at the terrace cafe is delicious.
The view from the terrace is serene, calm and all things you would expect from cafes in udaipur, you would get it on their terrace.
The cleanliness is top notch, and the owners and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
I had a very bad experience of this 3rd class hotel. I stay there for 3 days no room service no cleaning, no toilet material, no dustbin nothing. Even there is no lift and u have to carry your luggage yourself.
This is not hotel. Its a hostel. So don't go as there is hotel. Bullshit breakfast. No taste nothing.
Don't go there. Jst waste my hard earn money.
