I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was super convenient. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Raj at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with local recommendations. Stayed here in Bir. Special thanks to Sakshi and Raj who made our stay so comfortable.. I really liked their warm and loving behaviour. Whenever I needed anything and messaged or called them..they were always available and replied quickly. Just had one issue here.. when I was shifted to a room with dual beds the room was dusty and not properly cleaned. I asked them to clean it.. the cleaning guy came and didn’t clean it properly. The bedsheets were not changed. Didn’t do any dusting but I still managed as I was very tired.. Overall it was a great experience. Would love to visit again. 😇

Rooms are spacious, clean, and good smell. Carpets, bedsheet, toilet, everything is super clean. Hospitality is really good- they are helpful and quick in service. Food is delicious and fresh. I enjoyed my stay there. And a very special thanks to Raj (the host and an artist) 🙏

We got this place while hunting down few hotels and it turned out to be a good place.. rooms were deluxe, location was good and peaceful and met a guy named Raj.. He was decent and cooperative and helpful. There is a game and chilling area here as well. This is a go to place to stay.
