Bunk Hostel is honestly one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Delhi and looking for a comfortable, affordable, and friendly environment. I stayed here recently and had such a wonderful experience that I genuinely didn’t feel like leaving. The hostel has a very positive energy and the staff makes sure guests feel comfortable from day one. The rooms were neat, beds were comfortable, washrooms were clean, and the common area was perfect for relaxing and meeting new people.
A special mention to the girl who is sitting in the reception because she played a huge role in making the stay memorable. She guided us throughout our stay, recommended great places to visit.
Another thing I appreciated was how welcoming the overall atmosphere was. Even if you are traveling solo, you will never feel alone because the environment is very social and friendly. The hostel gives proper “home away from home” vibes which is difficult to find these days. I would definitely recommend Bunk Hostel to anyone visiting Delhi because the combination of good service, great environment, and amazing stay will visit again for sure.

I stayed at this hotel for about 5 to 6 days, and overall.. it was a really pleasant experience.. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming... In particular, the security guard was fantastic .. he went above and beyond, helping me get acquainted with the local market and offering great tips... The only downside was the washroom, which was a bit broken and could use some maintenance. Still, the overall stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend it!
I stayed at Bunk Hostel for five days, and I truly loved both the hostel and the location. What impressed me even more was the amazing staff, especially Preeti. She guided me throughout my stay and even introduced me and my group to several hidden spots in Delhi that we had never known about before.
She made us feel so comfortable and welcomed that it never felt like we were away from home. The hospitality was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Whenever we had any issue or needed assistance, Preeti ensured it was resolved within minutes.
I would highly recommend everyone to visit Bunk Hostel whenever you are in Delhi. The staff is incredibly supportive, and the ambience is wonderful. It was truly a memorable experience.

Absolutely terrible — do not book!
Booking this hostel was by far the worst choice we made for our trip to Delhi. Please do not be fooled by the photos online; they are completely misleading. The actual condition of the property is awful and looks absolutely nothing like what is advertised.
To make matters worse, the housekeeping and customer service are basically nonexistent. They flat-out refused to clean our room, even after we went to the front desk to request it 5 or 6 times a day. The staff is incredibly impolite and dismissive. Every time we asked for basic service, they just brushed us off by saying, "We are working on it," but they never actually followed through or provided any help.
Save your money and your sanity. Avoid this place at all costs

Manager preeti is very helpful and friendly, assisting with directions and basic travel needs. However, service can occasionally feel a bit inconsistent depending on how busy the hostel is.
Facilities like Wi-Fi and hot water are available, though the Wi-Fi speed can sometimes be unreliable. The in-house café or food options are decent but not exceptional, with plenty of better choices available nearby.
Overall, Bunk Hostel Delhi is a good option if you're looking for an affordable, social place to stay. It’s not luxury, but it delivers on the essentials and offers a fun, communal experience.
