It's my second time checking in bibhitaki's hostel & cafe. I was supposed to stay only a couple days but ended up extending to a week. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The vibe at the hostel is very chill and laidback, the common areas make it easy for a solo traveller like me to have a chat and meet other travellers. Location is also great, a few minutes away from palolem beach and 15min walk to patnem. Big shout out to Loy and staff for being beyond friendly and helpful!
A friend recommended Bibhitaki to me, and I’m so glad they did. I originally only booked for a short trip, but I ended up extending my stay for a full week—I just couldn’t bring myself to leave! The vibe is exactly what you want in South Goa: super chill and laid back. It’s perfectly located just a quick walk from the beach, so you’re close to everything but still tucked away enough to get a good night's sleep. A massive shoutout to Loy—he’s genuinely the best guy and really takes care of everyone there. He makes the whole place feel like home. We spent so many fun evenings playing board games until late, just hanging out and meeting new people. It’s the perfect spot if you want a social atmosphere that’s actually relaxed rather than forced. If you’re heading to Palolem, don’t overthink it—just stay here.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with local tips.Location is perfect - 10 mins from [market/beach/station].Common area vibe was great, met cool people. WiFi was fast and bathrooms were cleaned daily.100% recommend for solo travelers. Will come again!
An amazing place to stay! I had originally planned to stay for just four days, but after experiencing the wonderful vibe, comfortable accommodation, and welcoming café, I ended up extending my stay for several weeks. The hostel was neat, clean, cozy, and lovely, even during the off-season. The hospitality was excellent, and Loy, the caretaker, made the experience even more enjoyable. I had a great time meeting people from different places, sharing stories and drinks, and spending countless hours playing board games together. The hostel is conveniently located just a 5–15 minute walk from both Palolem and Patnem Beach. The café truly lives up to its reputation. Despite being entirely vegan, the food was incredibly delicious and satisfying. Overall, this place gave me one of the best South Goa experiences I could have asked for. Highly recommended!
Best hostel in Palolem, no-brainer! The dorms were aesthetic & hygienic, the food was yummm plus every dish was instagram-able. Came to stay for 2 days, ended up staying for 10. I spent hours chilling in the common area with other solo travelers playing board games & chatting. They have a great collection of books aswell. The best cafes & restaurants are also so close-by. You’ll meet Loy there, who’ll not just host you but make your stay/ trip so much more fun!
