This is an amazing sauna in Arambol! 500 rupees for the whole evening. The guy running it absolutely pumps it at all times, so hot you can only take 10 minutes at a time! Always above 100°c! Lovely set up with the log fire sauna. He comes in and adds essential oils to the fire and fans the room with a towel in the traditional sauna way! Then there is a fire burning outside with nice deck chairs and cushions. Ice bath and mud paths are also available for additional cost! It's located on the roof and you can star gaze as you reset from the sauna You get free iced tea, salt rub and mud mask included in the 500 rupees deal! We went twice in two days, truly amazing experience! ✨✨✨✨✨

On reaching Andaz Arambol Artistic Party Hostel with a confirmed & fully paid booking (₹10,000 for 2 nights), we were denied check-in as our beds were given to someone else. The property owner outright asked us to leave, leaving 5 of us stranded with no place to stay in Goa. We were forced to book a much more expensive hotel at the last minute. Since 2nd Jan, MMT support kept delaying with “24–48 hours” promises. Today, during escalation, we were told the property lied saying check-in was not denied, backed by an area manager who clearly sided with them. Refund has been denied. There are multiple similar reviews online, yet we’re being called liars after paying ₹10,000 for nothing.

⭐ 0/5 — If there was a “minus 10 stars because I suffered” option, I’d pick that. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place pissed me off so much that even my soul needed to file a complaint. I reached this so-called hostel in the morning, tired from travel, carrying a rucksack bigger than the owner’s conscience. The staff whispered that the dorm rate was ₹250, but the owner—absolute scammer energy—charged me ₹380 with full confidence like he’s doing me a favour. Fine. I paid. I thought at least my bed is sorted. Plot twist: At night, when I came back, this man hit me with, “Sir, actually the 6-bed dorm is needed for a group of 6… since you’re already occupying one bed, only 5 are empty. So please move to a private room.” Bro, the private room was a horror movie set — dirty, no AC, walls looking like they’ve survived multiple tsunamis. Obviously I said no. Then comes the next line: “Okay take a refund… and get out.” AT 10 PM. In GOA. No transport. Just arrived. And this man is kicking me out because he wants more money from a group booking. This guy didn’t care I had nowhere to go. Didn’t care it was late. Didn’t care he had already taken my money. Pure shamelessness. This “owner” is a walking fraud alert. Zero professionalism, zero empathy, zero hygiene. Only thing he’s good at is lying. If you value your sanity, safety, money, and basic human respect — DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. There are mosquitoes with better hospitality than this hostel. Avoid this scammer-operated property at all costs. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT (5 Dec 2025): AFTER OWNER REPLIED Here's my response, Now the owner is replying to my review claiming I was “misbehaving with women.” Bro… When someone has no real defense, they grab the dirtiest lie they can find and throw it. Let me make this absolutely clear: There was no misbehaviour, no complaint, no issue from any guest. The only “problem” was that he wanted to kick me out for a higher-paying group. And now he’s manufacturing a character assassination story so people don’t notice his scammy business practice. It’s the classic move of a cornered fraudster: When caught, don’t fix your mistake — attack the customer. Anyone reading this, understand one thing: My experience is exactly what I described — extorted for extra money, thrown out at night, and now being lied about to cover it up. If this is how they treat a solo traveller on day one, imagine how they’ll treat you. Stay anywhere else. Sleep on the beach. Sleep on a rock. Just don’t end up here.
