The Sweven Rishikesh

I stayed here for a month, and it was an incredible experience. The environment is peaceful, welcoming, and perfect for anyone looking to slow down and really connect with the vibe of Rishikesh. What I loved the most was the play area — it’s such a fun and relaxing space where people naturally gather, whether for games, yoga, or just good conversations. It added so much joy to my stay and made it easy to meet other travelers and feel part of a little community. The staff were kind and always helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the place made it feel more like a home than just a place to sleep. If you're planning a longer stay in Rishikesh, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!

I stayed in the girls’ dormitory at Sweven Rishikesh, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind — always ready to assist with a smile. The entire vibe of the hostel made me feel so comfortable and at home, which made a huge difference in my overall trip. From the cozy interiors to the peaceful surroundings, everything added to the charm. It’s the kind of place that grows on you — calm, welcoming, and filled with good energy. The community here is wonderful too; I met some lovely people and had great conversations. If you’re looking for a stay that’s safe, soulful, and super friendly — I highly recommend Sweven. It felt like a home away from home. Would love to come back again!

I stayed at The Sweven in Rishikesh for 4–5 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent ,peaceful, yet well-connected to nearby attractions and cafes. It’s a great spot if you're looking to relax and enjoy the calm vibe of Rishikesh. The hostel is well-maintained, and everything was in good condition throughout my stay. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend The Sweven to anyone visiting Rishikesh. whether you're traveling solo or with friends, it's a great place to stay.

I have booked private room with balcony as I have been pretty sick and needed to sleep. The price for private room is a bit steep to be honest but bed was comfortable and place was quiet as I was on the top of the building. There was a few issues: 1/ to door lock was super hard to lock and unlock and I was fidling with it for a few minutes all the time. 2/ the sink in bathroom was extremely stinky 3/ the road to the hostel wasn’t really accessible by car/tuk tuk I have to say that people in reception were really lovely and helpful. They took my rucksack to taxi and were telling me always real prices for transport
