Summer Hostel

I wanted to share a recommendation for a great place to stay that offers a reasonable price. I've found that it's clean and well maintained, providing a comfortable experience.

Great place to stay for budget travellers.

The hostel was adequate but certainly overpriced for what they offer. Their private room was fairly well equipped with basic necessities. Hot water was readily available and it was cleaned regularly depending on the duration of your stay. The staff was helpful and courteous and made decent suggestions for places to visit and things to do. It's located right by Palolem and Patnam beaches which is a great location. Breakfast is underwhelming and nothing up really look forward to. Coffee was good. Their common area was a good space to just chill in with a couple of beers and a book! They have a laundry service which is useful if you're there for a longer stay. If you're not getting an air conditioned room, it might get hot but was not uncomfortable to a large extent. However, I recommend going for an air conditioned one nevertheless. This is a decent place to be if you're a solo traveler. If you're going with family, I'd recommend finding a better place to stay!

Exceptional value for money. We booked a double private room which is fresh, clean and modern. Very well fitted bathroom. The breakfast consists of 1 tea/coffee toast, boiled egg + samosa. Bananas were green with no other fruit option. There is a cafe next door which is outstanding, beautiful ambience in the evening and fantastic fresh cooked food also cheep! This hostel is located on the edge of the main hub but everything is a walkable distance only 15 minutes walk. Yoga every morning. If you want to make friends then this is the place, it has a beautiful communal area with swinging seats and ample seating. I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed three nights here in one of the private AC rooms. The hostel is in a good location and provides a range of activities throughout the week. Good if you are a solo traveller. Free breakfast was hit and miss but cannot complain, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was of good standard despite grubby marks on the walls which could easily be cleaned off to improve.
