I had a great stay at Shalom Backpackers. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making it a perfect place for both solo travelers and groups. The staff were helpful and polite especially Raj , always ready to assist. The food was especially impressive—fresh, tasty, and clearly made with care. Overall, a wonderful experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Stayed here for 4 nights. The mountain view from the room was amazing—quiet and very relaxing. The room was spacious, and the facilities were good.
The hotel food was also good.
The location is really great, with many famous cafés within walking distance. I even walked from the hostel to McLeodganj Mall Road; it’s not that far.
