River View Villa stands in the lap of nature and is surrounded by lush green trees and a river flowing next to it. The main attraction of this hotel is the swimming pool. There's a big gate next to the swimming pool which opens up to a road, along which a forest trail is there. The rooms are small in size but are decent. For all the rooms on a floor, the balcony is common and connected. Their service is not up to the mark, which left me a bit disappointed but the location and the view of the hotel pretty much compensated for it. Being away from the main area of Bir makes River View Villa a calm and peaceful place to stay. Overall, this hotel is good and is worth the stay at least once.

Had a great stay at Gourav’s place in Bir! The property was well-maintained, clean, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxed stay. Gourav was a friendly and helpful host—quick to respond and always ready to assist with anything I needed. He also shared some great recommendations for local cafes and activities, which made the experience even better. Bir itself is stunning, and this stay definitely made the trip more memorable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

It is located around 2 KM away from Bir market in a peaceful village name Suja. It is located in peaceful surroundings and with swimming pool on the bank of a river. Food taste is average and all the food items were available ordered by us. Staff and owner are hardworking & cooperative. Ample parking space is available. Food could be better. UPI accepted.

I stayed at river view villa for almost 20 Days and had the best experience there. The property is so good , very comfortable and premium stay, the hosts Gaurav and Tarun are very nice people and in terms of safety, stay experience , etc they take care of everything so well. If ever i will get time i will surely stay at river view villa .
