This was the best stay in Kasol, out of the 3 hotels we had stayed. They have the coziest bed, beautiful rooms which are really affordable, Amazing food, God-level host... Cannot ask for a better company! He has the best vibe!
I had a confirmed booking here through Agoda with full payment made — the app clearly showed the booking as confirmed. After a long, tiring trek I reached the property only to be told the booking was cancelled. No call, no message, nothing beforehand. It seems my paid booking was cancelled without any intimation, likely because someone offline offered more money for the room. This is plain cheating — throwing out a paying, confirmed guest for a better offer. It ruined my entire day and plan, and I had to cut my trip short and head back. If you book here, understand that a paid booking means nothing to them — they’ll cancel anything the moment they see more cash.
Big thanks to Wriju and the team at Nirvana for making our time in Kasol memorable! I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want quick access to the town with great service when you’re back on property after a long day.
