I had an amazing stay at Nirvana by Oztel Hostel! The vibe of the place is super chill, perfect for backpackers. The rooms and common areas were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything. I loved the rooftop hangout spot and the overall positive energy of the hostel. Great location, great people, and great memories. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Nirvana! The property is centrally located, clean, and feels very safe. The staff and the managers are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything you need. The common area is a great spot to relax and meet fellow travelers. One of the highlights of my stay was a day trip organized by the management to a nearby village. It was such a memorable experience and a lovely way to explore the local culture. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay!

Our Stay Duration in this hostel was 2.5 days & the only positive aspect of this property was its location — it was situated within the city, which made things convenient. However, the overall facilities and service were highly unsatisfactory. • Basic amenities like a water bottle and towel were not provided — we had to ask for everything ourselves. • The room was very small, and the cleanliness level was very poor (5/10). During our entire stay, not even once was the room cleaned. • There was a serious electricity issue — there was no power throughout the day, which was extremely inconvenient. • Our checkout time was 12 PM, but our bus was at 6 PM, so we requested a 5-hour extension, for which they charged us ₹1000 extra, which felt quite unfair considering the poor service. • Overall hospitality was disappointing. The staff was not proactive or helpful. We continued our stay only because the hotel was located in the city and everything we needed was nearby. Otherwise, overall, it was not a good experience.

Had a very comfortable stay at the Nirvana by Oztel. Very close to the market but still quiet and cozy rooms. Great views of the mountains from the terrace. Stable wifi and very good airtel and jio connectivity for working remotely. There is also a cafe on the top floor and serves delicious food. The host Ajinkya is a chill guy. Overall, a great stay and recommended for staying in Kasol.

The host and staff deserves special mention Sai, Ajinkya and Chef extremely friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the café/food – delicious meals with a local touch, enjoyed against a stunning backdrop of the mountains and river. Whether it’s sitting by the bonfire, soaking in the views, or exploring nearby trails, every moment here feels special. If you’re in Kasol and looking for a place that blends comfort, community, and the raw beauty of the Himalayas, Nirvana by Oztel is the place to be. Highly recommended!
