Moustache Nainital Hostel

Had a wonderful stay at Moustache. The property truly feels like a tranquil retreat. The room was comfortable and clean. I really liked the recreational room and the books available to read. Being completely surrounded by trees, the place offers unmatched calmness and is perfect to unwind. The food was excellent overall and the hospitality was great. The staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Moustache Stay. The property has such a serene and relaxed vibe — perfect for unwinding. The ambiance is peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. What truly stood out for us was the staff. Vinod Bhat and GM Pankaj were extremely attentive and made sure our concerns were handled on priority whenever they sensed we were uncomfortable about anything. Their proactive attitude and genuine care made a huge difference. A special thanks to Yuvraj, Saurabh, and Rohan as well. We had to extend our stay because my husband got injured due to a fall, and during that time their support meant a lot to us. They were kind, prompt, and always ready to help. Grateful for such warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend and love to visit again.

I had a pleasant stay at Moustache Bhimtal Luxuria and overall it was a very good experience. The breakfast had limited options, but everything we tried tasted great and was well-prepared. A special highlight was the flute player during breakfast — the soothing live music really enhanced the whole experience and added a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The staff were courteous, attentive, and well behaved throughout our stay. I ordered pancakes, biryani, and a few other items to the room, and all of them were served quickly and tasted very good. The quality of food and service in the room was impressive. The ambience at the hotel was lovely and added to a comfortable stay. The property is somewhat isolated and quiet — which might seem remote to some — but for those seeking a peaceful and calm getaway, it’s a definite plus. Overall, my stay was good, the service was good, and it’s a great place for anyone looking for comfort and tranquillity in Bhimtal.

The service and room service staff truly impressed me with their outstanding professionalism and attentiveness. The food was excellent, boasting delicious flavors and quality ingredients. Our attic apartment was a highlight, featuring superb interior design that made our stay comfortable and stylish. Plus, finding parking was never an issue, which added to the convenience. However, the location was quite inconvenient, making it difficult to access local attractions without a car.
