Our stay was truly amazing and exceeded all our expectations. The location itself is extremely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking views that instantly make you feel relaxed and refreshed. Waking up to such scenic surroundings was one of the highlights of our trip and made the entire experience feel special and peaceful. The property is well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to blend perfectly with the natural beauty around it. Every corner reflects care and attention, which adds a lot to the comfort of the stay. It is an ideal place for anyone looking to unwind, disconnect from routine life, and enjoy nature at its best. What made our stay even more memorable was the excellent staff service. The entire team was polite, warm, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Vikrant and Basid, who were exceptionally supportive and courteous. They ensured that we were comfortable at all times and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and valued. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we left with beautiful memories. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and well-managed stay. I visited Moustache Koksar Luxuria on 6 June with my family. We were two families traveling in two cars and reached the property around 7:00 AM. Before arriving, I had checked the Google ratings and expected a welcoming experience. Unfortunately, when we asked for a room, we were told that all rooms were booked. We then requested permission to use the washroom just to freshen up after our long journey, but the reception staff refused completely. What disappointed me the most was the lack of basic hospitality and human consideration. Even though we were travelers who had just arrived after a long drive, there was no willingness to help in any way. It felt like guest comfort was not a priority. Also, room prices in the area seem to increase significantly on weekends, with rooms that are normally around ₹1,000 being charged at ₹2,000–₹3,000 or more.
We had an awesome stay here. The view had stolen the show . I open our door and snowy mountains were standing to welcome us . Food was just mouth watering. We really enjoyed the food. They made it in chula which added extra flavour. All stuff were extremely helpful . Anitan was really co operative. Last but not the least......u must try the infinity swings.
Moustache Luxuria Koksar Sissu is a wonderful place to stay if you’re visiting Himachal Pradesh. The location is excellent, right near the exit of the Atal Tunnel, making it very convenient while still feeling peaceful and scenic. The destination itself feels heavenly, surrounded by stunning mountains and beautiful open views. The views from the hotel are truly special and one of the highlights of the stay. The room was extremely welcoming, warm, and very well designed. After a long journey, it felt comfortable and relaxing the moment we entered. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was polite, helpful, and made us feel at home. A special mention to Mr. Anitan, who took extra special care of my parents and was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. A beautiful stay in a breathtaking location. Highly recommended, and an absolute must visit when in Himachal Pradesh.
The stay was amazing, the people were really accommodating and nice. We had a nice camp fire in the night. The views are phenomenal. The food was very good. They have electric blankets to fight the cold. The stay is clean. The stay is close to atal tunnel. Due to the location, there won’t be wifi and signal is good for calls and text messages but not for working. So prepare accordingly when you book the stay.
