I arrived very early, around 3am, and the staff kindly allowed me to stay in the common area until my room was ready. Considering the time, their hospitality really made me feel safe and well taken care of. The common area itself is super nice, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, which made the wait pleasant. In the morning, Sonia from the front office helped me check in as soon as possible so I could finally rest. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient. Later, when I decided to go out, the security staff, Jahingey, was incredibly helpful. He guided me on which route to take and even helped me get an auto at a fair local price. That extra effort truly made the service feel more genuine and caring. There was also a men receptionist with long hair (I’m so sorry I forgot his name!) who was extremely kind and attentive, constantly checking if I needed anything. It really made me feel happy and welcomed. Lastly, I want to give special praise to the housekeeping team. They work tirelessly, cleaning nonstop, mopping floors, and maintaining excellent hygiene throughout the hotel. Their hard work does not go unnoticed. This is a personal thank you to all housekeeping staff men and women for keeping the place spotless. Highly recommended!
I had a really good experience staying here. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were clean. The only problem I had was there was a lot of mosquitoes at night and the location is a bit far away from the city centre or the places you have come to Jodhpur to see other than that. Everything is really good. The management is very friendly and kind. The restaurant next-door is really good, but a bit expensive. Rooftops are pretty and well maintained, and they also have a musical show weekly. I would recommend staying here.
Overall a Great Stay - 4.5/5 Had a fantastic stay at Moustache Jodhpur Hostel! Came here solo and left with new friends, that pretty much says it all. The vibe is warm, social, and super welcoming. A special shoutout to Ujjwal, who not only manages the property really well but also organized an amazing Blue City walk. It was insightful, fun, and felt very personal and not touristy at all. The hospitality throughout my stay was top-notch, with staff always ready to help and make you feel at home. Clean spaces, great energy, and memorable experiences. Highly recommended for solo travellers exploring Jodhpur.
We had a good overall experience at The Moustache, Jodhpur. The restaurant serves very good food and the owner is cooperative and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. However, there is room for improvement in services such as luggage assistance and housekeeping. Guests should also note that this is a hostel-style property, not a full-service hotel, so services are accordingly limited. Overall, a nice place for a comfortable and friendly stay if expectations are set right.
I had an amazing experience at Moustache Hostel Jodhpur. The ambience is vibrant, clean, and super comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help—whether it’s guiding you around the city, arranging activities, or simply making you feel at home. The rooms and washrooms were spotless, the rooftop was beautiful with a perfect view, and the overall vibe of the hostel made it easy to meet new people and have a great time. The common areas are well-maintained and the atmosphere is perfect for both chilling and working. If you're visiting Jodhpur, I HIGHLY recommend staying here.
