Had an amazing stay at Moustache Jodhpur! The hostel has a great vibe, clean rooms, a perfect location, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to meet fellow travelers. What truly made the experience special was the incredible hospitality of Ujjwal and Sonia. They went above and beyond to make everyone feel at home, always ready with local recommendations, a friendly chat, and genuine care for every guest. Their warmth and dedication turned a great stay into a memorable one. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jodhpur!

As a solo female traveler with no fixed plans, I had just one day to explore Jodhpur, with my train scheduled after midnight the same night. From the very beginning, Sonia and Ujjwal were incredibly helpful. They suggested the best places to visit, planned my entire day perfectly, and recommended amazing spots to eat. The Blue City Tour with Ujjwal was truly the highlight. We spent over an hour wandering through the beautiful blue lanes, and it was such a memorable experience. Since I had to board my train alone at midnight, they arranged a trusted auto driver for me. He (Ayub ji) even waited outside the station to make sure I safely boarded my train, which meant a lot. The staff also ensured everything was clean and comfortable, and even shared some money-saving tips for getting around the city. It was just a one-day stay, but the Moustache team made it absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointing experience with Moustache. The communication regarding check-in was extremely poor and the way the situation was handled was even worse. When I initially made the booking, it was not mentioned anywhere that I would not be getting a room until 12 PM. Only one day before the booking was I informed about this. When we arrived, instead of acknowledging the poor communication, we were told, “We already told you,” as though informing us at the last minute somehow made the situation acceptable. We were then told that if we paid an additional ₹100 per person, we could get another room until 12 PM. Even that was communicated very poorly. When we actually went ahead and asked about it, the response was essentially, “There was a 90% chance I said you would get it early; there was still a 10% chance you wouldn’t.” This is not an appropriate way to handle a confirmed booking or communicate with guests. If something is uncertain, it should be clearly communicated before the guest arrives, not explained away afterwards. What was most disappointing was the rude and dismissive attitude throughout the interaction. The issue itself could have been handled reasonably if there had been clear communication and basic courtesy, but instead we were made to feel as though we were at fault for expecting information that should have been provided upfront. Guests should not have to discover important check-in conditions at the last minute and then be made to pay extra or deal with a dismissive attitude because of the property’s lack of clear communication. Very poor communication, poor handling of the situation, and an unnecessarily rude experience. I would expect much better from a property operating under the Moustache name.

I had a wonderful stay at Moustache Hostel, and the biggest reason was the amazing people working there. A special thanks to Kamal for being incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. His positive attitude made me feel welcome from the very beginning. A heartfelt thanks to Soniya at the reception. She is professional, polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Her warm hospitality made every interaction pleasant. Also, a big appreciation to Mohd. Asif from the laundry service. He is hardworking, humble, and provides excellent service with great care and efficiency. The entire team truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and at home. Their dedication, kindness, and hospitality deserve the highest appreciation. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable. I would happily recommend Moustache Hostel to everyone and would love to stay here again.
