If you want a good, comfortable stay when in Delhi, this is the place to be. Moustache Delhi has good hospitality and everyone makes sure that your stay is amazing. You have access to their open-air seating area, a warm and cozy common room to mingle with people and maybe read books or play various indoor games or watch movies. They also have a kitchen, which starts around 8.30am with amazing breakfast. They also have food and hidden gems trails, which is a great initiative taken up by the members of this place. The dorms are clean and all required amenities in place. Staff is super cool and helpful.
Amazing well maintained property to stay. Even the dorms are really good spacious and clean. Staffs are really ill mannered specially the property owner name gaurav. I had a very bad experience with the staffs. I had a bad experience with the staffs as they were very rude and behaved badly with a female. They had some rules like depositing of 200 rupees for the room key and if a person loses the key the money which he or she has deposited will not be returned. Smart way of making extra money by the staffs. I liked the place and vibe but not the good experience with the staff services. I really liked the common area there well maintained property. I want a contact number of the owner of moustache.
Moustache is amazing! The location, amenities, and most importantly the staff made my stay here fantastic. It's a very welcoming place that is well-taken care of and it shows. It's right next to NFC market, it's clean, comfortable and the staff regularly went above and beyond to enhance the experience. The basement is really cozy to hang out in.
Moustache Delhi has Recently shifted their property, wonderful facility, They have an Elevators which was missing in the previous property. I also saw a Basement with live theater and Buffets for large groups. Crowd was really Great. Their Night tours and food tour is really good. I met a Lot of nice people during my stay.
Review for Moustache Delhi - Extremely Disappointed We had a very disappointing experience at Moustache Delhi. We pre-ordered our food between 10:15–10:30 PM, after confirming with the kitchen staff about the availability. They approved it, and we submitted our KOT (kitchen order ticket) to the manager on duty. When we came back downstairs at 11:45 PM, the kitchen was closed and our food was not prepared. We raised the issue with the night manager Mr. Raj, whose unprofessional behavior and complete lack of hospitality made the situation even worse: He claimed he had no idea about our KOT, even though it was posted in the managers' group at around 10:30 PM. Instead of taking any responsibility, he argued with us saying, "It’s not my problem. I'll see tomorrow." He provided half the food, which was stale, and the rice was missing. He misled us by saying the rice was being cooked, but then disappeared for over half an hour without informing us of anything. When he returned, he said the only solution was to order from Zomato — and we would have to pay for it ourselves. We waited for over 4 hours — first waiting for food, then being served stale food, then waiting again for rice that never arrived. At 3 AM, we still hadn't eaten properly. Management kept blaming each other instead of solving the issue. Additionally, we have been staying here for almost 10 days, paying full rent and food charges. Just because we are long-staying guests does not mean management can take us for granted or provide such careless and disrespectful service. Because of this mismanagement, I couldn't even take my medicines on time because I hadn’t eaten for 5 hours. This is not just poor service — it’s absolute negligence and shows a complete lack of hospitality. I would strongly advise against staying at Moustache Delhi if you expect basic service, responsible management, and even minimum courtesy. Thankfully, shift managers Sumit and Jagdish later intervened. They listened to us patiently, acknowledged the mistake, and offered a clear solution to resolve the issue. Their professionalism and willingness to help, even at a difficult hour, restored a bit of our trust in the staff — and we truly appreciate their efforts.
