Moustache is an absolute 10/10. The rooftop vibe is incredible and it’s easily the best place to meet fellow travelers. A massive shoutout to Raj—his Old Delhi food tour is an absolute must-do if you want the real experience! The practical stuff is spot on, too: the dorms are sparkling clean, the AC is ice-cold (a lifesaver!), and the staff honestly treated me like family. Best stay in India so far!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a wonderful 9-day stay at Moustache Hostel Delhi. One of the best hostel experiences I’ve had. The staff and managers are extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a very positive and homely vibe. Special mention for the delicious homely food which made the stay even more comfortable. It truly feels more like a community than just a hostel. A few small suggestions: adding pool tables for recreation, water dispensers with disposable glasses on each floor, and a single unified WiFi network would make the experience even better. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!
Extremely disappointing and misleading experience with Moustache Delhi. I would strongly advise travelers to be cautious before booking here. I made a booking early morning on 26 May 2026 while travelling to Delhi, assuming that since the booking was being accepted instantly with full advance payment, I would at least be accommodated reasonably upon arrival. However, when I reached the property in the morning after travelling, I was bluntly told that I would have to wait till 1 PM due to their “check-in policy.” What was more frustrating was the completely insensitive attitude of the staff. Despite repeatedly requesting them to consider an early check-in considering my situation, I was told: “Agar aapka karenge toh sabka karna padega” and “hamare yaha staff kam hai.” There was absolutely no effort to help, no hospitality, and no basic empathy toward a tired traveler. The biggest issue is that the check-in timing was not properly disclosed at the time of booking through Agoda. It appears intentionally hidden or poorly displayed so that travelers making early morning bookings end up paying the full amount in advance while being denied accommodation for several hours. This feels extremely deceptive and unfair. I immediately contacted Agoda and requested a refund because the property was refusing to accommodate me despite taking full payment. However, Agoda informed me that Moustache Delhi refused the refund request and wanted to strictly rely on their policy. Policies are understandable, but transparency and basic customer handling matter too. Taking full payment from exhausted travelers in the morning while refusing check-in, refusing refund, and showing zero flexibility is simply unethical hospitality practice. This experience genuinely felt more like a scam than a professional hostel service. Definitely not recommended for travelers arriving early morning or anyone expecting humane treatment and transparency.
Mustache Delhi in New Friends Colony is a very cute and well-maintained hostel. The location is in a calm, residential area, which makes the stay peaceful and comfortable. I really liked the hostel’s overall vibe—it feels welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The underground common area is especially impressive and very well done. They even have a theatre, which is a great touch for movie nights and socializing. There’s also a playing area, a designated smoking space, and a small, cute garden with a swing that adds a charming feel to the place. I visited at night, and the ambience was lovely—safe, cozy, and relaxed. Overall, it’s a great hostel with good facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay in Delhi. 🌿✨
Moustache Hostel, Delhi If you're a solo traveller looking for a safe, cozy, and aesthetically beautiful stay in Delhi — Moustache Hostel is your answer! 🏡✨ The location is a huge win — super close to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, which makes arrival and departure completely stress-free. The moment you walk in, the ambiance hits you — beautifully aesthetic, warm, and cozy in the best way possible. As a solo female traveller, safety was my top priority and I never once felt uncomfortable. The dormitory was clean, comfortable, and the beds — oh, my bed was genuinely my favourite part of the whole stay! 😄 The staff deserves a special mention — incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The kind of people who make a place feel like home even when you're travelling alone for the first time. The only thing I'd flag for future travellers — the check-in/check-out timings are not very flexible. I checked in at 3 AM and checked out at 5:30 PM the same day, yet was charged for three nights (27th to 29th March). Something to keep in mind while planning your budget! Overall, a stunning property with great vibes, great people, and a stay I genuinely enjoyed. Would I go back? Absolutely. 🧳❤️
