Himangi is an amazing host—warm, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. The hostel’s location is perfect, with the main market and popular spots easily accessible on foot. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. The retro Bollywood theme adds a unique charm and makes the place stand out. As a solo traveler staying in a bunk bed, I got the chance to meet and connect with fellow travelers, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an offbeat, vibrant, and memorable stay.

Artifex Abhi

Mitra Hostel is primarily suitable for hostel-style accommodation and may not be ideal for families. The rules are quite strict, and basic facilities such as water service are not available, with guests required to collect water from the 2nd floor themselves. Food and room services are also not provided. In my opinion, the place may be suitable for bachelors; however, I would not recommend it for family stays. Personally, I was not fully satisfied with the overall experience. Nevertheless, the balcony view is quite good.

Everything was very perfect - The stay, food, room, vibe, people and location. Perfect for everything. Market is near. Major locations are easily reachable. Good cafes nearby and I would suggest if you are confused about cafes nearby except for the dharamkot's cafes, then better sit and eat at the Rooftop Cafe. And now they have started live music in the cafe where you can also jam, play, dance, sing and enjoy. Kudos to Mitra Hostel and their members.

I had a wonderful stay here. The place is extremely hygienic and cleaned daily, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The services are excellent, and the staff is attentive and helpful. The overall environment is very positive and peaceful. I initially planned to stay for just one day, but I enjoyed the experience so much that I ended up extending my stay for an entire week. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

The facilities are meticulously clean, safe, and well-maintained.
