My stay at Madpackers Jibhi was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. The place was very unhygienic. The toilets were dirty, poorly maintained, and there was no proper source of warm water, which is unacceptable in a cold place like Jibhi. The beds had a bad smell, making it uncomfortable to even sleep. What made things worse was the behavior of the staff and the owner, Gaurav. They were rude, uncooperative, and completely unprofessional. No help or support was provided when issues were raised. Parking is another scam — ₹200 per night, and if you park during the day, you’re asked to pay another ₹200, which is ridiculous. On top of that, if you ask for basic things like: Lights not working Wi-Fi not functioning A simple glass for drinking water …the staff gets frustrated and irritated, and in my friend’s case, they were even threatening instead of helping. This place clearly does not value guests or hospitality. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this stay, especially if you’re expecting basic cleanliness, safety, and respectful behavior.
We 3 friends from Pune stayed here for a week. This was our first time at Jibhi and we choose Madpackers and it turned out to be one of best experience we had in Himachal Pradesh. Clean rooms, good service and awesome crowd. Fabulous hosts- Gaurav and Sakshi. They made us feel like home and helped us with the iternary and ensured we explore the local food and places. We made lots of friends here, had interactive games and party nights also bonfire on weekends. I would definately recommend this place if you are visiting Jibhi. Going back to pune with plenty of happy Memories.
From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the lush, beautiful environment. The views are simply surreal—no camera can truly capture the scale of the beauty here. What really made the trip special was our host, Gaurav. He is a gem of a person who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Whether it was the cozy atmosphere, spirited game sessions, the vibe was perfect for bonding and relaxation. Thank you Gaurav, for such a wonderful stay. I can’t recommend this place enough!
My stay at Madpackers Jibhi was absolutely fantastic everything was great from start to finish! The vibe here is unbeatable It’s so chill and welcoming, with that perfect backpacker energy where you instantly feel relaxed and at home amidst the stunning Himalayan surroundings. The location is spot on right in the main market area near Zero Point, super convenient for grabbing food, exploring nearby cafes, or heading out to attractions. Yet, it’s peacefully near by the river with views of streams and waterfalls just a short walk away. A special shoutout to the host Gaurav. And the team Madpackers Jibhi, They make sure you have a lovely stay over there.
Loved my stay here. The place has that calm Jibhi vibe—quiet, green, and super refreshing. Room was clean and comfy, everything felt sorted. The host was chill and helpful whenever needed. Perfect spot if you just want good views, good air, and a break from city noise. Would happily come back.
