I had an amazing stay at Madpackers Kasol. The hostel has a great vibe, beautiful views, and a very friendly atmosphere for travelers. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for meeting new people and relaxing after exploring Kasol. A special thank you to Pankaj Sir for the excellent service and hospitality. He was very helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Had a bad experience. Went there with some friends, no water bottles at the property, no soaps in washroom when asked for it gave only 1 small soap and said we don't have, we were 8 people. No lock for the room if we have to go out. Only 1 person was there and he was rude and said I don't have any responsibility you didn't gave me money talk to company. Location was only positive point.
Amazing stay at Madpackers, Katagla! Hussain, the manager, was extremely polite, humble, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and hygienic, which made the experience even more comfortable. The property is perfectly located right in front of a beautiful river view — peaceful and refreshing. If you’re planning to visit Katagla, this place is highly recommended. A great stay, a warm welcome, and a memorable goodbye await you, along with a cozy bonfire and great vibes. Great place with brilliant view. Location makes it all worth it. Its in katagle so a walk was to be expected but its a fairly short one. Rooms are nicely done. View from terrace is great.
Stayed here for one night and had a good experience. The staff was cool and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay for a short visit.
