Madpackers Kasol

I had a great experience during my stay at this hostel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff Sunny and Mrudula was very supportive and always ready to help with a smile. The food was also quite nice, offering a good variety and quality. However, the best part of this hotel is its location. It’s situated very close to the main road, making it easily accessible. Whether you're looking for cafes or small local vendors, everything is within walking distance, which adds a lot of convenience to your stay and the riverside view is just wow. So peaceful!! Overall, a wonderful place to stay—I'd definitely recommend it!

Though this place is situated in Kasol you either have to get down from the parking spot which is sort of on different mountain and have to cross the river via bridge or there's another place where you can park and walk down but still it's quite a walk. It's located on a beautiful strip beside the river. They really don't serve properly. Don't care about new guests I saw them rejecting guests at 12.15 am just cause they were sleeping though rooms were still available. Another issue was there was not a single fan installed in any of the rooms, I know it's a cold place but daytime is hot, if you want to rest in the room fans need to be installed. Madpackers Katagla was an amazing place to stay! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and social, making it easy to connect with other travelers. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The dorms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. They also organized some great activities that made my stay even more memorable. Overall, excellent value for money and a fantastic base for exploring Kasol. Highly recommended!

The property is situated at the heart of Kasol -Katagla surrounded by picturesque beauty and parvati river flowing right in front of you. The room was very comfortable and the staff was sweet enough to accommodate my ad hoc needs. Definitely one of the best budget friendly stay in Katagla.

The Hostel is perfect for relaxing in mountains ,with healing nature . It is a perfect place to stay during the vocations. The management members were really polite and helpful. So if you ever take a break from your hectic life I would suggest you to take a stay in this hostel and enjoy your vacation.
