I found this hostel to be a great place in terms of location and amenities. Being in front of Vile Parle station adds as a bonus for those who would be traveling around this bustling city, it's definitely the fastest way to reach places. Next is the rooms and designs. I found the places to be quite quirky and definitely provided good services to the guests staying there. My only issue was the side board that is attached into the wall beside every bed is wrongly placed according to me because it was in close proximity to my knees that were constantly getting hit by it. Secondly i also saw that the individual night lights that most hostels have attached, were missing over here in random rooms. Being able to communicate with a few good people in different rooms, I got to know that those bedside lamps are missing in some beds randomly. The management better check these basic issues. Overall, it's been a great stay, plus the people in the reception have been really kind.

I had a great heart warming hostel experience being an older back packer visiting from the USA.While the hostel is barely visible from the road it has a nice 2 floor layout in the building including the cafe on the terrace. Monsoon weather of course prevented outdoor excercise and yoga. I stayed in the 10 bunk bed room which had a private bath but bunkers can also use the common baths so there was always a private rest room when needed. The staff was very hospitable and encouraged a friendly atmosphere..so i did play my guitar that i brought along and a resident sang "it's a wonderful life". The location made it easy for quick shopping and local train access. The house keeping staff were regular on the cleaning.

Stayed here during my Mumbai trip for the Guns N’ Roses concert. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the airport and super easy access to the Metro (MMDS), so getting around was hassle-free. Rooms were clean, organized, and comfortable. Service was great too. Overall, a really good experience. Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Locomo Hostel! The place has a great vibe, is well-maintained, and offers a comfortable and friendly environment. The staff were incredibly helpful and always went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay — highly recommended for solo travelers, backpackers, or anyone looking for a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere!

We stayed in 8 bed female dorm: Comfortable beds Linens provided Clean room Complimentary breakfast (nice) Bathroom in room plus other bathrooms available in hostel Staff VERY helpful.. plus plus! Lots of common areas indoor and outdoor Great location-short distance to train and many great restaurants and shopping right outside the door Entrance is a bit sketchy but when you get up the stairs all is well.
