Each and every staff were so helpful at all times, they were great at their work and always made sure we were comfortable. Facilities provided were extremely satisfactory — everything from the rooms to the common areas was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The hostel is very clean and pretty, with a peaceful vibe that makes it feel like a home away from home. The location is also quite convenient, and everything you might need is easily accessible. I'd definitely stay here again and also recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Locomo Express is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. It strikes a perfect balance between excellent organization and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Everything is well-managed and structured, yet it still feels incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the receptionist, Shanaz, who is by far one of the friendliest and most hospitable people I’ve met during my travels. They go out of their way to assist you with anything you need, making you feel truly at home in a safe and inviting environment. My only regret is that I booked this place for just my last night! If I had stayed here from the beginning, I probably wouldn’t have left. Without a doubt, Locomo Express offers an outstanding experience that is well worth the price.

I've been living here past 2 weeks. Choosing this property was my wise decision. Located in plush area of Mumbai at SantaCruz...which is near to Bandra, Juhu. It is a G+3 building. Private Rooms and Dorm (6 bed & 4 bed with dedicated locker) options are available. All airconditioned. staff here is helpful and friendly..cleanliness is maintained everyday..common washrooms are clean...and so does the people who come here also maintain cleanliness...Then common area and pantry (also airconditioned) where new friendships happens...Breakfast is nice here...and also provide refrigerator to store your cold food. security is there and gates are opened after midnight...so you can enjoy mumbai nightlife without concern of going back early... And kudos to managers Shawn and Shehnaz aunty...they feel like family friends

So I recently stayed for a week at Locomo Express and trust one of the best management one can find here. There was some cleanliness issue at the venue and trust me the manager Saad took this on first priority and the pest control was done the very next day to ensure all guests feel good. Even Shahnawaz at the front desk really helped in many things and so does the hostel staff. The guests here are all good and the location is really close by to many places. I’ll recommend Locomo for short stay in Mumbai whoever plans it.
