Stayed at Joey’s by the Ganges and loved the overall experience. The hostel has a lovely community vibe and the location by the Ganga makes it even more special. Waking up to such peaceful surroundings and spending evenings with fellow travelers was truly refreshing.

I stayed at Joey’s Hostel and extended my booking 3 times because the environment was so friendly and budget friendly. The best part was the peaceful private Ganga ghat where we could relax anytime.
The location is also very good, near all the popular places, so it was very easy to travel and explore around.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday had an amazing party vibe. Even on normal weekdays, Joey’s Hostel always planned some fun activities for us, so there was never a boring day.
I met many new people from different places and learned new perspectives about life and even different ways of earning money.
Overall, it was more than just a hostel stay. It felt like a small family and a great experience.
Had an amazing stay at this property ! The location right by the Ganga makes the whole experience so peaceful and beautiful. The dorms were comfortable also with rooms having amazing Ganga views and had a great vibe, while the rooftop café was definitely the highlight—perfect for relaxing, enjoying good food, and taking in the stunning views. There are also plenty of fun activities, dj nights and games to enjoy, making it really easy to meet new people and have a great time. The overall atmosphere is lively, friendly, and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay by the Ganga! ❤️✨
