Our travelers have stories to tell and memories to share. From unforgettable stays to warm hospitality, hear how we’ve made their journeys specials.

I spent over a week workation from Hideout, and it was one of the most comfortable stays I’ve experienced. Anshul and Happy are incredibly warm and helpful, making you feel instantly at home. Happy’s cooking deserves a special mention — his homely meals are absolutely delicious. The property is peacefully located away from the Manali rush, yet close enough to cover all sightseeing spots with ease. The rooms and washrooms are clean and well maintained, and the valley views are simply stunning. If you’re a pet lover, Riley will happily welcome you. During snowfall, the place turns magical, and being away from the crowds lets you enjoy untouched, serene views.

We stayed at The Hideout Hiraeth for three days, and I must say, it was one of the best decisions we made. The location is beautifully offbeat, making it incredibly calm and peaceful. A walk through the apple orchards instantly soothes the mind, and the freshly prepared food truly feels like home. Anshul, Happy, and Lucky take exceptional care of the guests and make the stay even more special. Group or solo, this stay brings the right company and a vibe you’ll carry with you even after you leave. I wish we could’ve stayed longed but until next time :)

Hideout Hiraeth is a hidden gem! The rooms are the definition of 'cozy'—super clean and very well-appointed. We were blown away by the surrounding environment; it’s so serene and private. To top it off, the food was spectacular and easily one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

I had an amazing stay! The hospitality was truly exceptional. Anshul took care of everything with genuine warmth and attention, making me feel right at home. Happy, the chef, served delicious meals every single time, and Lucky was equally welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The whole place has a homely vibe, and the team goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. Would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting.

One of THE BEST hostel I've been to. The place, the people, the vibe, the food - everything was nothing but perfect. We had been to Manali for our Hampta Pass Trek. After the trek we again chose to stay in Hideout. It felt home. The view from the dorm as well as common area is one among the many highlights staying in this amazing place.
