Beautiful property and best location but the service is terrible. It used to be Moustache Hostel earlier. That was quite happening but Hide-In has killed all the vibes. Washrooms were filthy and the helper boys were scrolling reels late night right outside my room. I understand they have just opened it after summers but at least maintain basic hygiene.
I had the pleasure of staying at Hide at Pushkar for a night, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their hospitality stood out, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The facilities were exceptional, seamlessly combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional charm. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the rooftop restaurant, which offered breathtaking panoramic views of Pushkar. The setting was perfectly curated to capture the serene beauty of the town, with thoughtfully designed interiors that added a unique and artistic vibe to the space. The ambiance of the place was further enhanced by the wonderful crowd I had the chance to meet during my stay. The environment was peaceful and comforting, making it easy to relax and connect with the surroundings. Overall, my stay at Hide at Pushkar exceeded all expectations. Whether it's the impeccable hospitality, the stunning views, or the beautifully designed spaces, it’s a place I’d wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Pushkar. It’s not just a stay but an experience worth cherishing!
I would totally recommend this place for a stay in Pushkar. It is in a prime location and all the temples and ghats are within a walking distance. It also has a beautiful 360° view from its rooftop cafe. The interior gives an old haveli vibe. I got a cheap deal and thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
Great experience being here !! Very nice hospitality by the management team in so much of a rush ..side a part But definitely I would not recommend you guys to go to the cafeteria section because it's totally unsafe for girls .. The manager and staff itself behaves so touchy with girls and also they smoke joints and ciggerates with the guests itself ..even you have to remind them for your orders thrice and fourth time . .and before delivering the order they brings you the QR code to make the payments in between you are having food which was a hilarious behaviour ... So friendly with the girls by behaving so touchy with them .. as you can check cameras during Holi days ... Highly not recommending for the bliss cafe .. not worth it even for food and for experiences
DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! This place is run by cheaters! We booked a stay at Hide-In Pushkar on March 13th. Due to Holi, the prices were astronomical, and we ended up paying over 5000 INR for what we thought would be a Deluxe Non-AC Room. However, upon arrival, we found our room to be absolutely disgusting—completely different from the photos provided on Goibibo. The room was full of mold, and an old rug was placed over a sewage drain located in the middle of the room, which caused the entire space to smell like sewage. We immediately complained to the front desk, where the staff initially appeared friendly and helpful. The receptionist apologized for the state of the room and informed us that there were no available rooms to shift us to. After a brief discussion, we reached an agreement: the hotel would cancel our booking and provide a full refund, and we would find a different place to stay. We agreed to this arrangement and booked another hotel. However, after not hearing back from them regarding the refund, we returned to ask about the status. The receptionist told us he was still waiting for an email from Goibibo to process the refund. We continued our travels and left Pushkar the following day. Today, we received a call from Goibibo informing us that the hotel has refused to issue the promised refund—which came as a complete surprise. When we called the hotel, we spoke to the same staff member who had earlier assured us of a refund. This time, however, he completely lied, claiming that they had tried to accommodate us (which they never did) and that he had not received any emails from Goibibo (which was another lie, as Goibibo confirmed they had responded and refused the refund). This issue is still ongoing, but I urge anyone considering staying at Hide-In Pushkar—PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, DO NOT!
