A perfect Varkala stay made better by the host named Santosh We had an amazing stay at Haust, during our Varkala trip. The property was clean, cozy, and perfectly located – close to the beach yet peaceful enough to relax. The rooms were well-maintained, and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. But what truly made our stay memorable was the manager. From the moment we checked in, they were extremely kind, helpful, and went out of their way to guide us through the best local experiences. They helped us plan our itinerary with genuine suggestions – from cafes to beaches. Every recommendation made our trip smoother and more memorable. Highly recommend this place if you want a hassle-free, warm, and personalized stay in Varkala. Would definitely love to come back!

My experience After booking tickets to Varkala, I was in a dilemma about which hostel to choose. This was my first solo trip, and I wanted a place where I could socialize but also one that was neat and clean. ChatGPT recommended Haust based on the reviews, and honestly, AI nailed it. The vibe of the hostel was super inclusive - I met so many other solo travelers, and we ended up planning a lot of things together and just having a great time. What makes this place even better is Santosh - the hostel manager. He’s an absolute gem and a genuinely sweet person. He helped me with so much, from finding a bike rental to suggesting places to visit and everything in between. If you’re ever planning a trip to Varkala, stay at Haust. You won’t want to leave - guaranteed.

Had an amazing 4 day stay here. The hostel is located right at the main road and has easy connectivity. The rooms and the common areas were clean and well maintained; the beds were very cozy and comfortable. The manager is sweet and gave us good recommendations!
