It’s fine. It’s not bad but it’s not great. The views are nice, the ambience was good. Menu is limited and overpriced. Service was not the best but it’s not terrible. They have rooms but I only experienced the cafe. Worth a visit but nothing crazy. They have board games and books if that interests you.

Vaibhav’s thoughtful care breathes life into the space, making every guest feel like part of its story. As dusk settles, Appy’s daily live music drifts through the air-notes that seem to weave themselves into the mountains, leaving evenings tinged with magic. The rhythm of the place is constant yet ever-changing: mornings hum with calm conversations over coffee, afternoons glow with easy laughter, and nights rise to a crescendo at Himachal’s highest skybar. Here, under David’s attentive presence, the horizon stretches endlessly, and the atmosphere feels like a celebration written in starlight. Firgun Café is not just where you pause; it’s where you linger, where moments turn into memories, and where the soul finds both melody and belonging. A visit here is a gentle reminder that beauty often hides in the simplest corners.

Paid ₹12,786 for 4 days 3 nights and deeply regret every rupee. The WiFi drops every 2 minutes and barely touches 1 Mbps. Don't come here to work. Other cafes and stays offer great speed. The mattress is uncomfortable and the bed creaks loudly at every single movement. Getting a full night's sleep is a struggle. A ₹1,000 homestay nearby had a better bathroom. A ₹2,000 hotel had better ambience. We paid nearly 13K for what exactly? The bathroom — yes, it's technically clean, but it looks like it's from 1995. Stained walls, exposed pipes, bare tiles, a bucket on the floor. And here's the thing — they have conveniently NOT posted a single bathroom photo on any booking platform. Not one. Now you know why. I'm posting mine so future guests know what they're actually walking into. The café looks pretty in photos. In person — dirty cushions, grimy seating. We didn't touch the food. Cleaner and cheaper options are literally right around the corner. There is absolutely nothing here that justifies the price. You're paying for an Instagram aesthetic that falls apart the moment you actually check in. Save your money and book literally anywhere else.

Had a great experience at this café. The vibe is wonderful, with good music, beautiful artwork, and stunning views that create a relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to Sunil, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. His hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, great ambiance, and a memorable time.
