While the stay was comfortable, the hygiene standards were disappointing. The common bathrooms require hourly cleaning rather than twice-daily cleaning, as the current schedule cannot keep up with the high volume of guests. Furthermore, the bathrooms need a deep clean to remove built-up stains. Most concerning, however, is the practice of not changing bed linens and pillowcases between checkouts. Given that travellers arrive from various environments, reusing linens without washing them is a major health and sanitation risk. I’ve rated cleanliness one star specifically because of these unacceptable hygiene practices

A nice place to rest and start back your trip, you can pay as per time you stay. Comfortable in terms of matters, bathroom and washroom. Staff was dedicated to his work. A easy to go place with good connectivity with city center.

You may come across Dormitory Charyana Heights through reels or booking apps, but in reality, there are far better dormitories available nearby. This is one of the most unhygienic places I have ever stayed at. They offer two types of dormitories: a non-AC dormitory located in the basement with a very bad smell, and a common AC dormitory for both males and females. The beds are uncomfortable, and the washrooms are extremely dirty. Although the location is prime, the price charged is not justified at all. Surprisingly, they charge ₹500 extra for locker facilities, which is a basic amenity provided free at most dormitories (though the amount is refundable). The staff is cooperative at times but their behavior can be rude. Overall, it is a place where you can somehow manage to spend one night, but it is advisable to explore better dormitory options within 1–2 km of this area.

I had a terrible stay at Charyana Hotel AC Dormitory. The room was completely unhygienic and poorly maintained. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional — they don’t know how to talk to guests at all. They didn’t even allow me to sit in the reception area while waiting. The place seems to care only about money, not about guests' comfort or basic respect. Even asking to use the washroom became an issue. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid this place if you want a peaceful and decent stay.

A best place to stay by if you are a solo traveler as all you need to do is sleep & let your luggage be safe. Per person it ranges between INR 350 to INR 500 which is quiet reasonable honestly.
