I’d like to share a genuine review of my experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, mainly because of Shalinee and the owner. They both were incredibly cooperative and made everything smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for such a great experience 😊 I would, however, like to mention that my interaction at the reception could have been better. It felt a bit less welcoming than expected, and I hope this can be improved to make the experience even better for future guests. But I truly enjoyed my time and would definitely love to visit again 😊
Okay stay, but needs maintenance* Had a mixed experience at this property. *Pros:* The AC was working well and kept the room comfortable, which was a relief. *Cons:* 1. No lift available, so carrying luggage up was a hassle. 2. Room was not maintained properly — felt a bit neglected. 3. Washroom tap handles were loose and coming out. 4. Geyser wasn't working well; we got very little hot water. The stay was manageable, but basic maintenance issues made it inconvenient. Hope the property fixes these soon for a better guest experience
My experience at this hostel was extremely disappointing. The very first issue I faced was with the food. I ordered fried rice, and to my shock, I found a cockroach 🪳 in it. What was even more unacceptable was the staff’s response — instead of apologizing or taking immediate action, they were more concerned about asking for payment for food. This clearly reflects very poor hospitality standards and highly unprofessional behavior. The receptionist didn’t even bother informing the owner about such a serious issue and seemed completely uninterested, casually using her phone. There was no prompt action taken, which is unacceptable in any hospitality service. The problems didn’t end there. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the washrooms were in terrible condition with a strong, unpleasant smell. Basic maintenance was also lacking — power switches were coming out of the walls, which is unsafe. On top of that, the environment at night was very disturbing, making it difficult to rest. They have shown the place very beautifully in the pictures, with chairs, tables, plants, and nice decor — but in reality, the room had nothing except the bed. There wasn’t even a towel in the bathroom, and no bucket was provided either. ❌ DO NOT STAY HERE❌ — Highly Disappointing Experience. To the owner: You seriously need to train your staff in basic manners and guest handling. Guests expect at least a minimum level of professionalism, hygiene, and responsiveness — which is completely missing here.
Staff were friendly (vandana especially) food was not toooo bad. Hit or miss but generally alright. Rooms were adequate, however were not cleaned regularly enough. The rooms also got quite hot at night when the power went out which was often. Buuut, generally I really enjoyed my stay and will be returning as the vibes were awesome and good atmosphere.
We had booked the private room “Chico,” and it turned out to be a great experience. The room itself has a really pleasant vibe, with well-maintained interiors and a comfortable, thoughtfully designed setup that makes it ideal for a relaxed and private gathering. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive throughout. A special mention to the owners and the managers, Mr. Rahul, Mr. Zubin, and Ms. Zheel, who ensured everything was handled smoothly. Mr. Rahul, in particular, deserves appreciation for his professionalism and warm approach. He was very accommodating, responsive to our requirements, and made sure we felt welcomed at every step. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile significantly enhanced our overall experience. Overall, a highly satisfying visit. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good private space with excellent service.
