Don’t know how this place has any 5 star reviews which are misleading as it caused us to book a couple nights here as we had to find something last minute. The location is heavily congested with people and pollution we had to wear masks. The photos online are deceiving. The place is not well maintained, it is run down. I could not stop gagging when we got shown our room. There was mould on the walls, in the bathroom, on the pillows and blankets. I couldn’t even take a photo of it, we had to ask to change rooms after 5 minutes of being in it. The next room offered was a bit better but still bad and dirty with dust everywhere and mouldy bathroom we had to wear a mask every time we had to use it. There is a bar next door so loud music is playing till late and very slow/weak wifi connection. Right outside there are homeless people sleeping on the street. Do not book here!
I had a very bad experience at this hostel. The receptionist’s behaviour was rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked why the check-in was delayed, the response was disrespectful.
After I paid the full amount, their attitude completely changed. Instead of helping, they told me “then go, you can cancel”, which is unacceptable for any hospitality service.
This was one of my worst hostel experiences. There is no basic courtesy or customer care. I do not recommend this place to solo travelers or anyone expecting respectful treatment.
I have stayed in 2023 have good experience for 3 months one thing as traveller some kind of people mostly want privacy while sleeping so form should have curtains..and a female maif for cleaning it's uncomfortable a quite little bit when it's about delhi and cleaner male comes n aslo I saw males coming to female dorm who is holding power of property at night coming to hug the receptionist whowas working for long other hostel same place...some things should be disciplined as female comfort more... hoping to coming back again soon and door should be open not locked which I faced quite difficulties while staying there n working to call out every day while coming from work! I would like to request make it more better for women's so it's feels best.. I really enjoyed there!

Sufficient place for storage, friendly staff, easy to access and service is also awesome.
Overall experience is superb, for this price they are doing a great job.
Bathroom was not clean. It is very congested, overall. Even in common area & washrooms, people were smoking. Horrible experience. Not for a person who doesn't smoke. Only visit if you enjoy passive smoking.
