Had an amazing stay at Bunk Hostel Delhi! The hostel has a very friendly and welcoming vibe, with clean rooms, a great atmosphere, and a perfect location for exploring Delhi. What made my experience even better was manager Krishna. He is extremely humble, helpful, and professional. From check-in to checkout, he made sure everything was smooth and comfortable. His polite nature, quick support, and genuine care for guests really stand out. He treats everyone with warmth and respect, making the hostel feel like a second home. Bunk Hostel is honestly one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Delhi and looking for a comfortable, affordable, and friendly environment. I stayed here recently and had such a wonderful experience that I genuinely didn’t feel like leaving. The hostel has a very positive energy and the staff makes sure guests feel comfortable from day one. The rooms were neat, beds were comfortable, washrooms were clean, and the common area was perfect for relaxing and meeting new people. A special mention to the girl who is sitting in the reception because she played a huge role in making the stay memorable. She guided us throughout our stay, recommended great places to visit. Another thing I appreciated was how welcoming the overall atmosphere was. Even if you are traveling solo, you will never feel alone because the environment is very social and friendly. The hostel gives proper “home away from home” vibes which is difficult to find these days. There are small things which can improve customer experience by miles. Eg; A broken health faucet is a 10 min replacement. Bathroom feels so claustrophobic that you can’t even tolerate. Showers not working. Damaged floors. No proper bedsheet and blankets. The staff is so lethargic that they didn’t even bother to clean up the food spill by a cat. It was lying there for hours. The entrance is so nice, but that feeling is gone when you enter the rooms. It’s a budget hotel, we can’t expect much but this is bare minimum.
