Bunk Hostel Delhi

I had a very bad experience at this hostel. The receptionist’s behaviour was rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked why the check-in was delayed, the response was disrespectful. After I paid the full amount, their attitude completely changed. Instead of helping, they told me “then go, you can cancel”, which is unacceptable for any hospitality service. This was one of my worst hostel experiences. There is no basic courtesy or customer care. I do not recommend this place to solo travelers or anyone expecting respectful treatment.

This hostel is truly excellent! Its biggest highlight is the location – just a few steps from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The common area has a friendly, social vibe where you can easily meet other travelers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful – whether you need travel tips or have a small request, they respond quickly and with a smile. The price is also very reasonable, making it a great choice for budget travelers. Overall, if you’re looking for comfort, a great location, and a positive atmosphere, this hostel is highly recommended! Thanks for ALOK BRO👍

Before I moved to Bunk Hostel, I was staying at a rather sketchy hotel in the Paharganj area, so I assumed all the hotels around here would be the same. But when I checked in here I was quite surprised, the rooms were clean, and the bathroom and toilet weren’t moldy or stained. I paid just a little over 1000 rupees for a single room, but it still had air conditioning and a mattress that was quite soft and comfortable. And also it’s just 3 minutes from the nearest metro station. Overall, it met my needs perfectly and was well worth the price The hotel owner was also very friendly and welcoming. His English was quite good tho Would recommend for budget travelers ^^

We booked Bunk Hostel Delhi through Goibibo. It showed ₹200 per person per day, so for 4 members we paid around ₹900. But when we arrived, we were completely scammed. They held us for 3 hours before giving any place to stay. The washroom was extremely dirty. The owner was smoking ganja and drinking alcohol inside the hostel, which was shocking and uncomfortable. The beds were dirty and full of cockroaches. Even after paying online, they forced us to pay another ₹500 extra just for 2 hours. Because of the terrible conditions, we checked out at 6 AM and left immediately. This was our worst hostel experience ever. Completely unhygienic, unprofessional, and unsafe. Not recommended at all. Avoid this place.

Stayed at Bunk Hostel Delhi for just 6 hours and it was amazing—central spot, clean beds, rooftop views, friendly staff, and super reasonable price. Perfect quick stop in Delhi
