Bir Nest Hostel

I had an amazing stay at this hostel in Bir! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with recommendations, travel tips, or just to chat. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The common areas had a relaxed vibe—perfect for meeting other travelers, reading, or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The entire space especially stood out, offering stunning sunsets and a great place to unwind after a day of paragliding or exploring the area. The location is ideal—close to cafes, the landing site, and nature trails—yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Whether you're looking for adventure or a tranquil retreat, this hostel is the perfect base in Bir. Highly recommended for solo travelers, backpackers, or anyone looking to experience the charm of this beautiful Himalayan town!

This was my second time staying at Bir Nest, and honestly, it feels like home now. I came as a solo traveler but ended up meeting so many amazing people. The vibe here is so warm and friendly, it’s the kind of place you just want to keep coming back to. Big thanks to Siddesh and Pawan for being so welcoming and helpful. You guys really make the place special! Leaving with lots of good memories. Can’t wait to come back again. :)

Loved my stay at Bir Nest. The view from the property was great and everything around was quiet. It's well located - not far from the main market area but not too close also which made it peaceful. The staff was great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful time.

I stayed at Bir Nest for about 4 weeks and had the best introduction to himachal one could ask for! Even though this site is a walkable distance from other popular spots, even staying back at Bir Nest brought me a lot of joy, cause it is visited frequently by artists and friends all over Bir! The food was high quality and homely, I never fell sick and was able to use all the spaces freely without worrying about my belongings. It is safe because there is so much love in Bir Nest. I will always come back here!
