Bunkd Hostel, one of the oldest backpacker hostels in Goa, is located in the prime Anjuna area. Despite the influx of chain hostels, it has preserved its authentic charm and backpacker atmosphere. Popular with international travelers, many of whom stay for extended periods, the hostel is known for its friendly and relaxed vibe. Owned & Managed by Arun, Sunil, and Rachel, it offers a variety of events, including bar crawls and yoga sessions that makes it one of the most popular authentic hostels in Anjuna

I had an amazing stay at Bunked Hostel! It’s the perfect budget-friendly spot with a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, the mattresses in the rooms are quite uncomfortable and could use an upgrade for better comfort and cleanliness. This hostel has great atmosphere and owners are friendly and helpful. They spend time with guests which stay for evening in hostel. Dormitories are very descent and clean. There is a few places like taras or backyard when you can sit and chill. Volunteers from around of world stay here, share stories with you and do workshops. Beach is 5 minutes walk from the hostel. I can truly recommend this place for every travelers and people who wants to enjoy Goa.
A PERFECT BLEND OF COMFORT,VIBE AND COMMUNITY !! I had an amazing stay at Bunkd,probably one of the best hostels in entire Anjuna. Came here for 2 days and ended up staying for more than 2 months. I had an amazing stay at Bunked Hostel! It’s the perfect budget-friendly spot with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are super friendly, and the people you meet here really make the experience special. The vibe is relaxed and social, so it’s easy to connect with fellow travelers. This is a budget-friendly hostel with a welcoming atmosphere and a great vibe. The people you meet here are friendly and add to the experience. However, the mattresses in the rooms are quite uncomfortable and could use an upgrade for better comfort and cleanliness. The volunteers were very helpful and attentive to any requests I had, which I appreciated.
The best hostel I’ve ever stayed at! I first came here in 2024 and couldn’t resist coming back in 2025. Amazing people, incredible vibes. I once asked them to organize a small party for a football match I was excited about. Sunil, the owner, went above and beyond—he set up a projector, a large screen, a DJ, and even gathered a lively crowd, all for just one match I insisted on.
